For a long time,the physical health of our students has not been fundamentally reversed,students have few opportunities to participate in sports activities,the enthusiasm is not high,lack of interest,has not been grasped,in November 2014 the national youth campus football work video conference call was held,since then campus football by the Ministry of Education led,hope that through the development of campus football activities,so that everyone participates in sports activities,enhance physical health,improve interest.At this stage of campus football,although the number of participants is increasing every year,by 2022,the number of primary and secondary school students participating in football will reach 30 million,but due to the level of teachers,venue facilities,financial security and other issues,the number of campus football participants at this stage is still not enough,there is still a certain distance from everyone’s participation,and schools at all levels have not found an effective way to promote everyone’s participation.This paper proposes the way of football class competition,taking the football class game as the research object,excavating and analyzing the value of the football class game,and then selecting the school to empirically verify it through the experimental method,aiming to provide a reference for promoting the development of campus football in China.This paper uses logical analysis method,literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to study the value of football class competitions,and selects the fifth grade students of Wuhan Primary School in Wuhan City,randomly selects 96 students from two classes as experimental objects,and randomly divides them into 48 experimental groups(26 boys,22 girls)and 48 control groups(28 boys and 20 girls)to verify their value,and draw the following conclusions.In terms of value:(1)Football class competitions can improve students’ physical fitness and enhance physical health;expand the football population,improve interest,improve personality,promote everyone’s participation,in line with the national goal of carrying out campus football activities.(2)Football class competitions can improve people’s social skills,social adaptability,and promote people’s all-round development.(3)The football class competition can effectively solve the dilemma that the school cannot organize the game due to hardware and software problems such as venues,equipment,teachers,etc.,and is the lever that promotes everyone’s participation in campus football competition activities.Empirical aspects:(1)Conventional physical education has little impact on the physical fitness of primary school students,while the competition in the football class has a significant role in promoting the sensitivity,flexibility and endurance quality of the body,which improves the physical fitness level of primary school students.(2)The competition in the football class has a promoting effect on the four dimensions of primary school students’ interest in football learning,which improves the primary school students’ interest in football;after the control group students’ experiments,there is a significant decrease in the two dimensions of negative interest in football learning and attention to football,indicating that the interest of conventional physical education in primary school students’ football learning has not only not improved,but also may reduce their interest in football.(3)After the experiment,the overall level of football learning interest of the students in the experimental group changed significantly,the increase was higher than that of the control group,and there was no significant change in the control group,indicating that the football class competition can effectively improve the football learning interest of primary school students.In summary,the campus football class competition can effectively improve the physical fitness of primary school students and improve the interest of primary school students in football learning,and can achieve the goal of campus football,so the football class competition can effectively promote everyone’s participation in campus football,and is an effective way to promote everyone’s participation in campus football competition activities.
