In the newly issued "primary school science curriculum standard" in 2017,the Ministry of education regards the cultivation of students’ scientific literacy as the overall goal of the course.The cultivation of scientific literacy is carried out with the development of the curriculum,and it is implemented in the actual teaching practice.By using advanced learning to refine core literacy,we can integrate the related or whole scientific curriculum concept into the students’ learning of a scientific unit,or the teaching objectives of a scientific unit into the development objectives of the whole scientific literacy,and solve the problems of the wide and not deep existence of scientific education and the lack of connection between concepts.When students learn a specific concept in a period of time,the description of the advanced path of understanding the concept is the advanced learning.Using advanced learning to lead the science classroom teaching in primary school can make students’ study of science curriculum become an organic whole and realize the comprehensive development of students’ scientific literacy.This study takes the relevant content of "water" as the carrier,through the construction of the "water is a common and important single material" learning advanced framework and the advanced teaching design model of primary school science based on core literacy,the advanced teaching scheme of "water" unit based on core literacy is designed and carried out teaching practice.Before designing the teaching plan,a questionnaire was developed to evaluate the cognitive development level and the existing myth concept of the students in the experimental class and the control class,and found that the students in the three classes had the same understanding of the pre concept of water,and there were some similar concepts of myth.According to the advanced learning framework of "water is a common and important single material" and the advanced teaching design model of primary school science based on core literacy,the teaching scheme of "water" unit is designed.The teaching practice is carried out with all the students in grade 3 of a demonstration middle school department in Shihezi City as the teaching object.In the two experimental classes,the teaching is carried out according to the advanced teaching design of "water" unit,and the teaching in the control class is conducted according to the conventional teaching design.After teaching practice,the test paper after the preparation of "water" unit tested the students’ grasp of the concept of water related science and the development of scientific literacy.The results show that the students in the experimental class have better mastery of the changes of boiling process,the transformation of water forms,the speed of dissolution,and mixing and separation,etc.compared with the control class,but the differences between the evaporation and ice,the melting of ice and the solubility of water are not different from the control class,This shows that the teaching design of the core accomplishment by learning advanced step is helpful to break through the key and difficult points of teaching,and thus improve the effect of scientific teaching.The students in the experimental class and the control class basically reached the advanced level 4,and the achievement rate of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class.The students in the experimental class can basically understand and apply the scientific inquiry method to the water shape change and the related concepts of matter dissolution in water,indicating that they basically reach the expected objectives of scientific concept and application,scientific exploration and exchange,scientific attitude and responsibility at this stage,but the implementation of the expected goal of scientific thinking and innovation is not ideal.In addition,the students who agree that the change of water form is physical change in the three classes is relatively small.According to the test results,the advanced teaching design of water unit is modified and a more perfect advanced teaching design of water unit is proposed.
