Abstract/Summary:
Home and country feelings are the value guidance in high school history teaching and the final goal of our history teaching.Based on Lesson 16 "the impact and response of the Opium War" in unit 5 of "outline of Chinese and foreign history",this paper defines the content and level of home and country feelings in the lesson "Opium War" according to the relevant content of the new curriculum standard《 The main contents of the lesson "the Opium War" include the sense of national identity,correct national view,the understanding of modern China’s national conditions,global vision and international vision.Teachers should make students reach the third and fourth level required by the curriculum standard when cultivating students’ home and country feelings.In this lesson,the value of home and country feelings mainly includes teachers,students and schools.For teachers and students,it helps to improve teachers’ teaching level,enhance teachers’ sense of educational honor,cultivate students’ sense of patriotism,responsibility and mission,and broaden students’ global vision and international vision.For schools,it is conducive to do a good job in moral education and to create a good school spirit culture.At the same time,Taking Jinan Changqing No.1 middle school as an example,this paper studies the current situation and Strategies of cultivating the quality of home and country feelings in the lesson of "Opium War" in high school.Taking advantage of the opportunity to participate in educational practice in Jinan Changqing No.1 middle school,students and history teachers conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers,Objective to understand the current situation of the cultivation of national feelings in the lesson "Opium War" in senior high school.At present,there are both advantages and disadvantages in the cultivation of home and country feelings in the lesson "Opium War" in senior high school.On the one hand,teachers can pay attention to the cultivation of students’ home and country feelings in teaching;Through the study of the lesson "Opium War",the students’ awareness of family and country and national unity has been enhanced.But there are also some deficiencies,such as: Teachers’ understanding of the feelings of home and country in the Opium War is not comprehensive enough;There are some problems in Teachers’ teaching methods of cultivating students’ feelings of home and country.The teaching methods are not diverse enough,and the teaching methods are fragmented and simplified;Teachers do not pay enough attention to students’ dominant position in the education of home and country feelings;The students did not understand the meaning of the cultivation of national feelings in the Opium War clearly;Students’ initiative to understand the feelings of home and country is not high enough.There are many reasons for the inadequate implementation of the cultivation of students’ home and country feelings in the lesson "Opium War",such as teachers’ weak awareness of the cultivation of home and country feelings;The teaching materials and materials for cultivating the feelings of home and country are relatively lacking;The evaluation mechanism of family and country feelings is not perfect;The training of teachers’ home and country feelings is less;The students are not interested in the quality of home and country feelings;Students have strong motivation to study for the purpose of examination.In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of national feelings in the lesson "Opium War",the author discusses the Cultivation Strategies of national feelings in the lesson "Opium War" from three aspects: teachers and students,schools and education departments,based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview and abundant teaching cases.Teachers and students should set up the concept of training and attach importance to the feelings of home and country;Broaden the teaching field of vision,enrich the feelings of home and country;On the basis of teaching method,we should pay attention to the subtle influence of situational teaching method;Connecting with the reality of life,internalizing the feelings of family and country.Schools should actively carry out the training of teachers with the quality of national feelings;Establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of family and country feelings;Organize the practice of home and country feelings in and out of class.Education department should integrate education resources and provide corresponding support;Strengthen the evaluation and supervision,and implement the effectiveness of education.This paper hopes that through the study of the "Opium War" in the lesson of home and country feelings,we can really implement the cultivation of home and country feelings in this lesson.
