Research On The Social Function Changes Of Village Temple Fairs

While village temple fairs have always been used as places of religious belief in the villages,they also bear the functions of cultural entertainment,commodity exchange,and integration of interpersonal relationships in the secular life of villagers.They are a necessary existence in the social structure of the village.This article takes the temple fair in Village Z in Jindi as a case study object,and focuses on the changes in the functions carried by the temple fair in Village Z around the survival and changes of the temple fair in Village Z.In the specific discussion,the author first collected data through the methods of case plan,field participation and investigation,analysis and collation of related documents,and initially grasped the general situation of the temple fair in Z village,such as the geographical distribution,architectural pattern,and belief system of gods.On this basis,the functional changes of temple fairs are divided into three stages: traditional rural villages,transformation and transformation of rural villages,and being in the trend of modernization and urbanization.The main social functions of the carrier are discussed.After that,the reasons for the changes in the functions of temple fairs in different periods were discussed through three levels: the attitude of local political power,the support structure of temple fairs,and the cognitive structure of villagers.Finally,during the period of rural revitalization,the function of temple fairs was further positively played,and corresponding measures were proposed.Through the case study of Z village temple fair,it is believed that the change and development of temple fairs are always inseparable from the overall structure of the village.The village builds the temple fair through the construction of the material facilities of the village temple and the village's spiritual belief system.At the same time,temple fairs are reflexively influencing the spiritual world of the villagers,the cultural form of the village,and the overall economic development of the village while receiving the shaping.The objective existence of social transformation and development.The changes in the village structure have brought about a dynamic change in the function of temple fairs during the development period.The dynamic reasons mainly include changes in local political rights attitudes from "cooperation" to denial to rational supervision,and temple fair support.There are three aspects: the transformation of the system from self-sufficiency to dependent supply,and the transformation of villagers' cognitive structure from belief to scientific guidance.Therefore,in the new era of the revitalization and development of villages and villages,more attention should be paid to the existence of temple fairs in villages,to eliminate their backward and ignorant parts,to carry forward their positive and positive functions,to emphasize the development of rural cultural tourism industry driven by temple fairs,and to integrate the development of temple fairs into rural revitalization.The overall construction is underway.
