Executive function refers to a series of psychological processes in which individuals supervise and regulate their own thoughts and behaviors,including three core components: working memory,inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility.The age of 3-6 years is the critical period for the development of children’s executive function,which plays a very important role in predicting children’s future academic achievement.Research objective: Of this study was to prepare the 3-6 years old children’s executive function of dynamic evaluation tools,to enrich children’s executive function evaluation method,evaluate the development status of children’s executive function by using dynamic evaluation,and promote the development of children’s executive function for the teachers to provide teaching support reference,to better promote the development of children’s executive function.Rresearch process and methods: in this study through literature method and interview method,analysis of 3-6 years old children’s psychological structure,executive function design can reflect the active task of executive function,so as to determine the 3-6 years old children’s executive function dimension and the basic contents of dynamic evaluation tools,preliminary preparation of 3-6 years old children’s executive function of dynamic evaluation tool.H zhangjiakou kindergarten medium class selected 10,a total of 30 children with initial dynamic evaluation tool to carry on the preliminary survey,according to the preliminary survey results revised assessment tool,using the revised tools to medium class 20,a total of 60 children measured each,test reliability and validity of the results,and use the survey data analysis of 3-6 years old children’s executive function development situation.Results and conclusions: In this study,a dynamic evaluation tool for executive function of children aged 3-6 was developed,which included three dimensions of working memory,inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility,and each dimension included two tasks.The tool had good reliability and validity.The results of dynamic evaluation of executive function of children aged 3-6 by using the developed evaluation tools show that there are significant differences in executive function and the development of various factors of children aged 3-6,which increase with the increase of age;There was no significant difference between the sexes.Based on this study,the following educational suggestions are put forward: Based on the dynamic evaluation tool to understand the development status of children’s executive function;Home co-parenting lays the foundation for the development of children’s executive function;Flexible use of dynamic evaluation to promote the development of children’s executive function by evaluation;To help children develop executive function through teacher education;Enrich the construction of kindergarten curriculum and promote the development of children’s executive function in games. |
