“The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era”(hereinafter referred to as the Plan)points out that it is necessary to "establish an evaluation system to promote the all-round development of students" and "give full play to the educational function of evaluation to promote the development of students at the original level".It emphasizes that teachers should pay more attention to the effectiveness of classroom evaluation,so that classroom evaluation can be used to adjust and optimize the classroom,improve its efficiency and be student-oriented,so as to truly promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students.In order to deeply implement the spirit of the Plan,strengthen the implementation of the national curriculum plan and curriculum standards,and continue to deepen the reform and innovation of education and teaching,Weifang City,where the author works,has launched the teaching improvement action based on the curriculum standards.About 10 schools will be selected in the city to form a "Core Research Community" based on curriculum standard teaching improvement action,which will serve as the core team of the city's research work,focusing on research and leading by the core.The school where the author works is one of the "Core Research Community" schools,which closely follows the pace of Weifang Institute of Education Science to carry out research on teaching improvement.Since February 2019,the teaching improvement action has gone through two stages of mobilization and alliance promotion,and now it has entered the comprehensive promotion stage.The research has completed the concept interpretation of teaching assessment consistency and the description of learning objectives.At present,the research will focus on classroom teaching.Classroom evaluation plays a crucial role in classroom teaching research.How to determine learning objectives based on curriculum standards,design evaluation tasks and generate evaluation criteria based on learning objectives,and how to embed evaluation in classroom teaching and implement teaching and adjust teaching in class are practical problems that need to be solved urgently.Whether it is national policy,academic research,or teaching improvement actions of basic education schools,effective classroom evaluation can improve students' academic achievement.Therefore,the study of classroom evaluation is still an important topic in the current basic education reform.In view of this,this study takes "what is the classroom evaluation to promote junior high school Chinese learning" as the basic problem,mainly around the core elements of classroom evaluation to promote learning,how to construct the classroom evaluation model to promote learning according to the core elements,and how to operate the classroom evaluation model to promote learning in Chinese classroom of junior high school.The first chapter analyzes that the status of classroom evaluation in current Chinese teaching is ignored,which leads to some problems in classroom evaluation,such as the design of evaluation task has no rules to follow,the collection of learning evidence can not be relied on,and the lack of effective strategies for classroom adjustment.In the second chapter,based on the problems existing in the current classroom evaluation,it puts forward that we should move towards the classroom evaluation of promoting learning.This paper sorts out the theoretical elements of classroom evaluation to promote learning,and points out that classroom evaluation to promote learning includes learning objectives,evaluation tasks,evaluation criteria,communication feedback and application of evaluation results.On the basis of determining the core elements,principles and standards,this study establishes a circular model of classroom evaluation to promote learning,and discusses the construction process and operation process of the model.The third chapter adopts the method of case study,selects three Chinese teachers from a junior high school to conduct a cooperative research,so as to present and explain the operation process of the classroom evaluation cycle model of promoting learning in the actual classroom.The findings show that the cycle model has a positive impact on students' learning and promotes the achievement of learning goals.
