Computational Thinking,as a product of the intelligent age,has quietly penetrated into many aspects of education,and the ability of Computational Thinking has become one of the necessary qualities for future talents.Therefore,the exploration of "how to effectively develop students' computing thinking in the teaching process" plays an important role in shaping innovative talents in society.Learning programming language is one of the main ways to develop computing thinking.Python,as one of the mainstream programming languages,is more suitable for cultivating computing thinking because of its characteristics.However,through research,it is found that most of the current Python language teaching still sticks to the traditional teaching ideas,ignoring the exploration of the development process of students' problem-solving ability,and is even less suitable for the development of talents' computing thinking in the information age.Therefore,there is still a lack of a feasible scheme to effectively cultivate students' computing thinking ability in Python language teaching.Starting from solving the problem that computing thinking is difficult to fall into the ground in Python language teaching in junior high school,this study first analyzes the research status of computing thinking in middle school education stage by combing the literature,and summarizes the existing problems in Python language teaching.After analyzing the generation mechanism of computing thinking,the computing thinking contained in the information technology course is embodied,the teaching content and teaching method are determined,and finally the teaching design idea of Python course pointing to computing thinking is put forward.The teaching design idea is applied to the specific teaching content of Python course in junior high school,and the teaching practice research is carried out to verify the practical effectiveness of the teaching design idea and teaching practice in cultivating students' computing thinking,and strive to explore the teaching design scheme that can effectively develop students' computing thinking.The study selected the seventh grade students of Haikou Seaview School for teaching practice,and obtained relevant data through classroom observation,final test and student interview.Then,the data are analyzed in many aspects to verify the cultivation of students' computing thinking in this teaching activity.In this study,the method of developing junior high school students' Computational Thinking ability in Python language course has been actively explored in theory and practice,and the following results have been obtained: First,according to a certain theoretical basis,the teaching design ideas of Python course oriented to the cultivation of Computational Thinking have been put forward;Secondly,after teaching practice and effect analysis,the teaching design ideas put forward by this research are effective and feasible,which can improve students' ability to solve problems,and to a certain extent,make students' Python programming ability,the ability to concretize abstract problems and the ability of computing thinking have been effectively improved.
