Football is a weak item of my country's competitive sports,and its development is closely connected with the settings of campus football.This essay takes schools as the research object,uses pedagogy,school physical education and football teaching theories as the basis,aims to improve the teaching quality of campus football in Hainan Province,as well as the spirit of hard work and enterprising sports,and form a good school culture with characteristics of campus football.The purpose is to tap and train more football talents.This essay uses literature reading method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and mathematical statistics method to investigate the football teaching situation of 20 campus football schools in the eastern,southern,western,northern,and central regions of Hainan Province.This essay aims to explore sustainable development strategies which are suitable for Hainan football teaching by using the research results of previous scholars,grasping the current situation of the teaching staff,teaching objectives,content,methods,etc.and analyzing the hardware resources of the high school with football characteristic.The Research Conclusions:1.The proportion of football teachers in the eastern,southern,western,northern and central regions of Hainan Province is not coordinated enough,and there are significant differences in titles,educational backgrounds,teaching years and specialties.In Hainan Province,schools with football characteristics are widely distributed,with a certain proportion in the eastern,southern,western,northern and central regions.In the aspect of football teaching,the proportion of teachers is not evenly distributed,which is mainly reflected in the eastern region,the western region,the northern region and the central and southern region.Football facilities are not perfect;The teaching content is uneven,lack of high school football teaching materials;Most of the football teachers in Hainan Province have bachelor's degrees,second-level titles and 4-6 years of teaching experience.Most of the football teachers come from different specialties,mainly in track and field.2.The proportion of football teaching objectives in Hainan campus football characteristic schools is unbalanced.3.The teaching content of high school football in Hainan Campus Soccer Schools is quite subjective and lacks scientific nature.4.Only the eastern and northern regions can meet the needs of football equipment for football teaching,while the southern,central and western regions can,t meet the needs of football teaching,and the central and southern regions are relatively short of equipment and hardware facilities.The Response of Development1.Strengthen the construction of football teachers,cultivate students' interest in football,and improve the quality of football teaching.2.To establish standardized football teaching objectives and solve the problem of innovation in teaching objectives.3.Actively develop school-based football courses and develop diversified teaching methods.4.Increase hardware investment and improve teaching environment.Reasonable layout of the teaching evaluation system.
