Under the environment of music education in China,basic music education is relatively weak,while the music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas is weak among weak.In people's stereotype,music,art and other courses are often replaced by the main course.In the second decade of the 21 st century,we can find from the current situation of music education in six townships and towns of Yangzhou City that compared with the end of the 20 th century,music education has been improved in three aspects: environment and resource allocation,policy and values,curriculum and teaching practice,and at the same time,it still has considerable room for progress.The strategy of practice turning is trying to guide the direction of music education in rural schools.The discussion of practice turning is based on Marxist philosophy and has a relatively broad theoretical horizon in the macro level.From this perspective,the five pairs of categories of the meso level "turn" are further refined,namely,perception--experience,single--multiple,disorderly--order,mechanical--organic,traditional--future;Finally,it will explore the internal and external environment of music education and the relationship environment at the micro level.The practice turn takes place in the world of interactive practice.The interactive practice tries to communicate the life world of music education,which is different from the internal dynamics of music education which the practice turn tries to harmonize.In the constantly changing life world pattern,the world pattern with information civilization as the theme will bring reference value and practical significance to the development of music education in township schools.
