| Vigorously promoting the construction,use and learning of online course resources is a key move to realize the quality of China’s higher education,especially the quality of personnel training.Driven by relevant policies,colleges and universities are actively building online course resources,which are increasing in number and types.However,the application of online course resources is not optimistic,and has been in a state of "shallow level" and "low efficiency" for a long time.This study investigates the blended learning orientation of university teaching reform and teachers’ application of online curriculum resources;This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the application of online curriculum resources by teachers,and puts forward the application strategies of online curriculum resources for university teachers,so as to improve the application efficiency of online curriculum resources,integrate it with classroom teaching,and maximize the application efficiency of online curriculum resources.First of all,the literature in recent ten years is analyzed.The advantages and new connotation of blended learning are discussed;The school-based policy and typical practice mode of blended learning are listed;This paper combs the measures of classroom teaching reform under the guidance of blended learning.From the positive experience,blended learning is indeed conducive to reducing the workload of teachers,improving teachers’ ability and quality,and stimulating students’ active participation and autonomous learning ability.Secondly,the data are collected through questionnaire analysis,semi-structured interview and classroom participation observation.Questionnaires were distributed to college teachers in Chongqing,Sichuan,Heilongjiang and Xinjiang to understand their attitude,application methods and application experience of online curriculum resources.A total of 679 valid questionnaires were collected.Ten teachers from three universities were selected,combined with the observation of 15 lessons.According to the theme of understanding the connotation of blended learning,integration and application of online curriculum resources,the application experience and main problems were analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in the process of using online curriculum resources,such as the deviation between the application intention and the actual behavior,the application trend of "teaching oriented",and the low degree of classroom integration.Resource supply,school support and teachers’ information literacy are the main influencing factors.The most prominent factors include: the "high quality" characteristics of online resources are not prominent,the relevance is not strong,and some platforms are lack of functions;The lack of online and offline teaching environment,information security mechanism is not complete;There are some problems,such as the misunderstanding of hybrid teaching,the ability of information technology application to be improved,the ability of online course resource reorganization and design to be insufficient.This study believes that as a policy tool of teaching reform incentive,blended learning in Colleges and universities should pay attention to the leading role of teaching reform projects and create an interactive teaching atmosphere online and offline;It should provide a good support platform and classroom teaching environment,including the development of high-quality online curriculum resources,the improvement of online and offline teaching environment,and the improvement of teachers’ information ability training mechanism;At the same time,teachers should constantly improve information literacy,correctly understand the connotation of blended learning,strengthen the ability of resource acquisition,evaluation and processing,and be the "guide" and "participant" of the course. |
