In recent years,with the emergence of "teaching scholarship","teaching academic community" and other theories,teaching scholarship has a very important impact on the improvement of teaching quality and academic level."Teaching academic community" has been paid much attention by scholars in the field of higher education,and its application scope is wide,which effectively promotes the improvement of teaching academic level in colleges and universities.But in the field of basic education,"teaching academic community","teaching academic" and even "academic" are regarded as a castle in the air,unattainable.Teachers in first-tier primary and secondary schools still lag behind in their understanding of teaching scholarship,believing that "teaching scholarship belongs exclusively to the research of institutions of higher learning".As a result,teaching academic concepts have been unable to be effectively used in the field of basic education.From the perspective of the development of primary and secondary school teachers,the construction of "teaching academic community" can enhance the level of teacher professional development,lead the reform of teaching activities,and create a teaching theory with Chinese style.Based on this,this paper interprets the basic implication of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers,analyzes the existing problems of the current teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers,and considers the reasons for the existence of these problems,so as to put forward the practical path and supporting conditions for the construction of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.This study is divided into five parts.The first part,introduction.This study mainly includes the reasons for selecting the topic,literature review,theoretical basis of the research,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,etc.The question puts forward part to clarify the research background and research content of this study.The literature review starts with the literature related to teaching scholarship and community research,and uses the way of reviewing the research achievements and practice progress of building teaching academic community at home and abroad to provide reference for the follow-up research.The theoretical basis is mainly teaching academic theory,cooperative system theory,multiple intelligence theory,learning organization theory,etc.,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the construction of teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.This paper discusses the practical significance and value of constructing the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.Based on the understanding of this study and the mastery of relevant materials,the research methods of this study are established.The path of constructing teaching academic community in primary and secondary schools is taken as the focus of this study.The second part is the basic implication of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.As an important force in the field of basic education,primary and secondary school teachers have great development potential in teaching and academic research.This part from the primary school teaching the connotation,characteristics and function of the academic community three aspects analyzes,primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and academic community refers to the primary and secondary school teachers have common interests together,together to solve the complicated teaching problems in the daily teaching practice,looking for the complex problem of academic teaching,scientific way,and can form of teachers' teaching theories and ideas,complete the teachers' teaching idea of the refinement and modification;Characterization of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and academic community is a common teaching academic values,beliefs,norms,problems,primary and secondary school teachers teaching the main functions of the academic community has four,namely,improve the level of the primary and secondary school teachers' professional development,guide of the reform of the teaching activities,alleviate the pressure of the primary and secondary school teachers in scientific research,create a teaching theory with Chinese style.The interpretation of the basic implication of the teaching academic community for primary and secondary school teachers further deepens the understanding of the teaching academic community for primary and secondary school teachers,clarifies the value and significance of its construction,and enables more front-line teachers to understand the teaching academic community and participate in the research of the teaching academic community.The third part,the construction of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.This paper mainly discusses the construction of teaching academic community of primary and middle school teachers and its reasons.The author mainly uses the interview method and logic analysis for primary and secondary school teachers in teaching about the problem of building in this paper,the academic community,and the primary and secondary school teachers teaching problems summarized as three academic community building,namely teaching essence represent the absence of the academic community,the main function of disorders and lack of achievements in teaching academic community trademark.Problems of primary and secondary school teachers teaching academic community building,the main reason to pursue from various angles,specific as follows: the narrow cognition and one-sided evaluation,pattern alienation and normative disorder,identity deviation and lack of ability,inadequate guarantee and wrong direction.so as to provide the basis for the construction of teaching and academic community in primary and secondary schools.The fourth part is the construction path of teaching academic community for primary and secondary school teachers.The teaching academic community in primary and secondary schools is different from the organizations in the general sense such as the master's studio,its construction path mainly starts from the inside.Build path part mainly from the concept,organization,motivation,problem,the environment,ability and so on several aspects,respectively is: condensed primary and secondary school teachers teaching the concept of the academic community,optimization of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and academic community organization,stimulate the members of the community of self-fulfilling teaching academic motivation,concise community members teaching academic issues of common concern and foster community autonomy and freedom of discussion teaching academic atmosphere and forging academic ability at the core of the teaching community members.Grasping the basic elements of the construction of the teaching and academic community in primary and secondary schools is helpful for the growth of the teaching and academic community in the field of basic education..The fifth part,the construction conditions of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.Based on the study of theory and practice,the supporting conditions for the construction of teaching academic community in primary and secondary schools are determined.From the the community itself,the government,society,individuals and other subjects to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers.The construction conditions of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers are as follows: enhance the brand competitiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and academic community;expand the communication platform where the academic community for primary and secondary school teachers play a role;form the social atmosphere for the innovation of the teaching academic community of primary and secondary school teachers and improve the operating of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching and academic community security system,which contribute to more front-line teachers to join the teaching academic community organization.Finally,it realize the leap and improvement of the level of education and teaching quality.
