Class is the basic unit of teaching management activities and the main place for teachers and students to carry out teaching activities.The level of class management directly affects the comprehensive level of students’ education.With the development of The Times and the progress of the society,the class management of junior high school has been constantly trying and exploring new methods,but many aspects still do not meet the requirements of education development,which has caused some troubles to the improvement of class management level.Therefore,it is the purpose of this study to promote some elements of class management to give full play,keep pace with The Times to adapt to the development and changes of education,and constantly improve the scientific level of class management.In combination with its own reality,this paper chooses XX Junior High School in XX District of Chongqing city as the research object.In the early stage of the study,literature method was first adopted to understand the current research status by reading relevant books,papers and periodicals on class management,which also deepened the thinking on class management.Then take the questionnaire survey method and interview method to survey different grade of junior high school students and teachers,mainly is the head teacher and the student survey dimensions,class management,the basic situation of the development present situation,the teacher in class management present situation,the teacher in class management level and management level of students’ status,parent-school communication present situation,the present situation of teachers and students self role.The statistical analysis of the survey results shows that:Some methods of current junior high school class management do not meet the requirements of The Times,some management methods of head teachers do not adapt to the new requirements of class management,students are still more passive to accept class management,communication fails to fully respect the personality of students,and the relationship between teachers and students is still in fact unequal.According to the reasons of the above problems from the junior high school class management,head teacher management level,teachers and students management thinking,communication between teachers and students,teachers and students on the same ideological concept of reasons.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the understanding of teachers and students to new things so that class management can adapt to social development and educational development,and finally make class management adapt to social changes;The head teacher continuously strengthens own management consciousness and the ability enhancement then changes the management method unceasingly to enrich its management level;From the material environment,humanistic environment to change the management thinking of teachers and students to improve their ideological understanding;Pay attention to students’ growth environment and personality characteristics,change communication concepts and methods and pay attention to their personality development;The education department,the teacher in charge,the student changes the thought idea,establishes the equal teacher-student relations.
