| Teaching reflection can speed up and shorten the period of teachers’ professional growth,improve teachers’ teaching quality effectively and help teachers better adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.The new round of basic curriculum reform in China puts forward a new view of teachers,which requires teachers not only to pay attention to teaching practice ability,but also to learn to reflect and be a reflective teacher.However,the author found that most biology teachers in senior high schools did not realize the importance of teaching reflection in the process of participating in educational practice,leading to the phenomenon of inefficient or even ineffective teaching reflection.Therefore,the teaching reflection ability of biology teachers in senior high schools is a problem worthy of attention and research.Taking Chongqing as an example,this paper investigates the present situation of teaching reflection of biology teachers in senior high schools.What problems exist in the process of teaching reflection? What are the influencing factors? Finally,aiming at the practical problems,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to improve the teaching reflection ability of senior high school biology teachers.The writing of this paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the teaching reflection of biology teachers in senior high schools in Chongqing,to understand the present situation of teaching reflection of biology teachers in senior high schools in Chongqing,to find out the problems that are easy to occur in the process of teaching reflection and analyze the reasons,and finally to solve the problems,the author puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the efficiency of teaching reflection of biology teachers in senior high schools from two aspects: subjective factors and objective environment.It is found that:(1)the understanding of teaching reflection by biology teachers in senior high schools is limited;(2)The consciousness of teaching reflection of senior biology teachers is weak;(3)The initiative of teaching reflection is not strong,lacking practical actions;(4)The method of teaching reflection is single;(5)The content of teaching reflection is one-sided;(6)Separation of teaching reflection from practice.An analysis of the reasons that affect the teaching reflection of biology teachers in senior high schools:(1)teachers have not formed good reflection habits;(2)Weak theoretical knowledge;(3)The task of teaching is heavy and there is no time for reflection;(4)Lack of atmosphere to promote teachers’ teaching reflection;(5)The system of school teaching reflection is not perfect.In view of the problems and reasons of biology teachers’ teaching reflection ability in senior high schools in Chongqing,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures from subjective factors and objective environment.First factors:(1)Improve teachers’ awareness of teaching reflection and enhance their sense of responsibility;(2)Strengthen theoretical study;(3)Comprehensive application of various teaching reflection methods;(4)Expand the content of teaching reflection;(5)Pay attention to applying teaching reflection to teaching practice.Second,objective factors:(1)reduce the burden on teachers and give them time and space for teaching reflection;(2)Create a reflective environment and create a reflective atmosphere;(3)The school should improve the evaluation system;(4)The school organizes lectures and evaluations;(5)Implementing collective lesson preparation and creating reflective lesson preparation groups. |
