Investigation And Study On Teaching Reflection Actualities Of Biology Teachers In High School Of Shijiazhuang City

With the experiment and promotion of the new curriculum for the fundamental education ,biology is facing unparelleled deep changes .Therefore ,the biology teachers ,as an important role in teaching undoubtedly cannot escape the great shock brought about by the new curriculum .A great deal of research finding has shown that the fundamental impetus to the teachers' development and maturing comes from their practice and that reflecting on the activities of their teaching is an important way of stimulating the biology teachers to improve their speciality .On the account , it is significant in both theory and practice to have an investigation and study on the teaching reflection actualities of biology teachers in high school .The main part of the essay lies in the third part -the investigation and study on the teaching reflection of biology teachers in Shijiazhuang high school .The investigation takes the high school biology teachers as subjects , and the questionnaires were self-workout.
