With the experiment and promotion of the new curriculum for the fundamental education ,biology is facing unparelleled deep changes .Therefore ,the biology teachers ,as an important role in teaching undoubtedly cannot escape the great shock brought about by the new curriculum .A great deal of research finding has shown that the fundamental impetus to the teachers' development and maturing comes from their practice and that reflecting on the activities of their teaching is an important way of stimulating the biology teachers to improve their speciality .On the account , it is significant in both theory and practice to have an investigation and study on the teaching reflection actualities of biology teachers in high school .The main part of the essay lies in the third part -the investigation and study on the teaching reflection of biology teachers in Shijiazhuang high school .The investigation takes the high school biology teachers as subjects , and the questionnaires were self-workout. The following are the result: 1) Attitude towards professions determines the reflective action and knowledge of the biology teachers in high school .2) Distinct age differences are found regarding the reflective teaching behavior through interaction with documents .3) There are notable differences of school age among high school teachers regarding the reflective teaching behavior through interaction with documents , and there are also significant differences regarding the knowledge of reflective teaching through the interaction with themselves and colleagues among biology teachers of high school of different school ages.4)Notable differences of educational experiences are found regarding the knowledge on reflective teaching through interaction with documents among biology teachers in high school.5)There are significant differences existing in the understanding of reflective teaching through interaction with themselves and the colleagues among the common high school teachers and boy high school teachers.6)Distinct differences are found regarding reflective teaching through interaction with colleagues between senior biology teachers and junior biology teachers.
