“Less teaching and more learning” format is a teaching format that teachers can pick up or abandon teaching contents based on reality,students can think more,learn more and act more in the process of teachers “teaching less” and “intensive teaching”,so as to realize the harmonious coexistence of teaching and learning,and the supporting for growth by each other.With teachers focus,cultivated,inventive and developing teaching,students could study independently,positively,self-intensively and deeply? The application of this paradigm can better conduct the duty of moral education,meet the needs of quality education development,continuous reform of college entrance examination,change the current teaching situations of “whole filling”,reduce the teaching pressure of teachers to improve teaching level of science and development,cultivate learning interests of students to strengthen learning effects,and ensure the stable improvement of teaching quality?With the deepening of curriculum reform,the paradigm of "teaching less and learning more" has been applied more and more widely.Although most scholars and teachers have recognized and practiced this paradigm,there are still some problems,such as deficiencies in the aspects of history teaching,application strategies and implementation suggestions.So,author starts from the application resources on the history learning of “less teaching more learning” format,and takes the Tongren No.1 middle school of Guizhou as practical point based on the first-line teaching work of himself to sort out the theories and researching results of domestic and abroad “less teaching and more learning” format and conduct analysis on current working situations of history learning of Tongren No.1 middle school of Guizhou by adapting interview surveys,case analysis,documents study,experience summarizes,comparison researches and other ways.It is found that some problems are existing in the theory implementation process of “less teaching and more learning”.Based on these issues,the corresponding solutions are brought up.By seeking the breakthroughs in the school,building teacher teams,developing of teaching policy and students thinking ability,and continuous tries in teaching,the eight specific teaching ways as guiding teaching way,thoughts map teaching way,classroom display teaching way,situational activity teaching way,problem discussion teaching way,exercise exploration teaching way,micro lesson video teaching way,and class debate teaching way are summed up,and the corresponding teaching cases or teaching ideas are formed,which are convenient for further implementation and promotion.At the same time,the implementation effects of “less teaching more learning” are supervised.In the first semester in 2020-2021 academic year,the teaching of No.37,grade 2 of senior school are observed and the feedback results are formed.Through observation,the situations of students in class,homework completing,self-management learning and examination scores are getting changes and improvements,which prove the practical values of “less learning more teaching” format and certain accessibility for implementation.And to reflect on the practice of summary,eventually,the attentions of implementation in “less teaching more learning” and promotion that should be paid are summed up from three aspects as school,teachers and students.High moral value education and humans cultivation are the fundamental task of education The current task of history teaching in high schools is aimed at forming right values,essential characters and key abilities by means of learning history.The practice has proved that the“less teaching and more learning” format is of great significance to both the teaching development of teachers and the lifelong ability of students.
