| In recent years,the incidence rate of breast cancer is increasing.With the development of medical conditions,more and more breast cancer patients can be cured according to operation.However,the cured breast cancer patients are faced with many difficulties in returning to normal social life,but these difficulties are often not easy to be concerned by others,leading to the breast cancer patients in an isolated situation.In the field of social work in China,social workers pay more attention to breast cancer patients,which is from the perspective of problems,but the development mode of social work has been changed,from the problem mode to the development mode.It is not in line with the concept of social work and the development perspective of social work.Although breast cancer rehabilitation is a vulnerable group at the edge of society,they also have resources.If social work can use professional skills to link the resources around the breast cancer rehabilitation to achieve empowerment,then for this group,they may have more strength in the face of difficulties.They should also realize the beauty of life and feel the power of life.From the perspective of empowerment,life education for breast cancer patients is an important part of social work education,which provides the possibility for breast cancer patients to return to normal life and obtain the power of life.Therefore,this paper aims to integrate and utilize the resources of breast cancer patients themselves and the community from the perspective of empowerment,based on the actual needs of breast cancer patients,to provide life education services for breast cancer patients through social work intervention.In order to solve the problems of low self-efficacy and imperfect resource chain of breast cancer rehabilitation patients,provide systematic,standardized and professional social work life education services for them,and ensure the long-term and stability of empowerment effect.From the perspective of social work practice,this paper discusses the intervention strategy of life education for breast cancer patients.Through questionnaire analysis,interview,participation observation and so on,Taking practice as an example,it provides life education services for breast cancer patients in the community from the dimensions of case,group and community.Based on the perspective of empowerment,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of social workers using professional methods to intervene in life education of breast cancer rehabilitation patients,and evaluates,reflects and summarizes relevant experience.To meet the needs of breast cancer patients in the community and realize the function of life education.At the same time,it can provide some reference for other institutions and communities to carry out life education activities of breast cancer rehabilitation based on empowerment theory. |
