basketball teacher team is younger.Most of the teachers have a bachelor's degree,but there are fewer experienced teachers and fewer opportunities to participate in the continuing training of basketball.In terms of playground equipment,the vast majority of teachers think that the playground equipment of Chongqing campus basketball characteristic schools can meet the daily needs of class and training.In terms of funds,Chongqing campus basketball characteristic schools have no national appropriation and local government support,there is no special funds for the establishment of the school basketball,most of the campus basketball characteristic schools fund budget does not meet the policy requirements,Chongqing campus basketball characteristic middle schools have a big problem in financial support.In the aspect of middle school students' participation in campus basketball,48% of Chongqing campus basketball characteristic schools do not offer basketball courses;The organization match.Most of the schools set up basketball teams to participate in the city and district level competitions and have achieved good results.Basketball extracurricular activities are mainly carried out school physical education curriculum content,inspired high school students' interest in sports participation,expand the school sports organization form,create a strong sports atmosphere,improve the city characteristics,and the off-campus competition system needs to be further improved.In order to better promote middle school students to participate in campus basketball,it can be optimized from the following aspects:1.Optimize the formulation and implementation path of campus basketball policies,strengthen the training of campus basketball activities,establish a special leading group,and improve the sports management level of leaders and the business level of policy implementors;Strengthen the management and supervision mechanism,and evaluate the implementation of campus basketball activities.2.Combine the final test with campus basketball to improve the importance of leaders.3.Introduce basketball teachers with strong professional ability or advanced education,support and
