At the end of 2019,the examination center of the Ministry of Education officially released "the Interpretation of Chinese College Entrance Examination Assessment System" and its "Notes ".As the theoretical support and practical guide for the reform of college entrance examination content and propositional work,the Interpretation of College Entrance Examination Assessment System directly guides the history teaching and preparation ordinary high school.In the face of the present situation of the reform of "new curriculum reform,new teaching materials and new college entrance examination ",how to realize the transformation of history subject from " knowledge ability intention " evaluation to " value leading,accomplishment oriented,ability as the most important,knowledge-based " evaluation needs the vast number of front-line history teachers to explore step by step.This paper takes "historical reading" as a possible approach,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other research methods,combining the macro orientation of the evaluation system of the college entrance examination with the examination of the historical materials of the historical real questions of the college entrance examination in the past five years,and putting forward the core viewpoint that the implementation of the history reading teaching is beneficial to the new college entrance examination,the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the use of the new teaching materials,Then through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the implementation of historical reading in history teaching,put forward the corresponding teaching strategies and suggestions,In order to promote the history teaching and preparation for the examination,develop the students' subject competencies,and carry out the fundamental task of building people by virtue.The content of the article mainly includes five parts.The introduction introduces the reasons,research significance,research review,research methods,innovation and shortcomings of this paper,and defines the related concepts of historical reading.The first chapter reviews the evolution of the main reference documents of the college entrance examination proposition since the restoration of the college entrance examination,and understands the basic requirements of the examination framework of "one core,four layers and four wings" in the evaluation system of the college entrance examination,so as to clarify the forward-looking requirements of the Interpretation of College Entrance Examination Assessment System for the main direction and implementation principle of history teaching in senior high school,so as to guide the implementation of historical reading teaching.The second chapter from the micro-level statistics of the past five years college entrance examination history of objective multiple-choice questions and subjective non-multiple-choice questions in the examination of historical materials.Combined with the analysis of typical examples,grasp the real questions to serve the social needs,highlight the style of The Times,return to the teaching materials,pay attention to the connection of the old and new college entrance examination,comprehensive examination,open proposition and other main development trends.The combination of macro and micro shows that the implementation of the Interpretation of College Entrance Examination Assessment System can not be separated from the professional historical reading of teachers and students.The third chapter combines online and offline questionnaire analyzes the application of history reading in the course of high school history teaching and learning,and points out the problems of applying history reading teaching in high school history teaching.The fourth chapter puts forward the "goal-oriented,core reading;selection optimization,basic reading;problem-oriented,in-depth reading;competencies-based,extensive reading;technical assistance,advocating interactive reading;interest guidance,lifelong reading" and other historical reading strategies and specific implementation suggestions,so as to provide a certain reference for the teaching of historical reading.At the end of the article,the paper summarizes the full text,once again emphasizes that the implementation of historical reading teaching can combine proposition,teaching and preparation for exams organically,which is helpful to deal with the main viewpoints of the new college entrance examination,the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the use of new teaching materials.
