In the latest round of new curriculum reform,new requirements for student evaluation are put forward.The evaluation should pay attention to the development of students,and teachers should conduct effective classroom evaluation.At present,there are few researches on classroom evaluation behavior.On the basis of consulting the existing literature,this paper compiles the classroom observation record form of novice and proficient teachers’ evaluation behavior in classroom teaching,and selects twenty classes of two teachers in a county * middle school in Jilin Province as the research case,through the classroom observation record form of novice and proficient teachers’ evaluation behavior in classroom teaching to observe,record and analyze the research case And find the shortcomings of teachers’ classroom teaching evaluation behavior.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,content,goal and method of this paper.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad according to the arrangement and synthesis of background data.Chapter three,the research object is determined,the research steps are formulated,mainly introducing the preparation of research tools and the definition of relevant concepts,determining four dimensions of the observation scale,then further determining the observation indicators,initially forming the observation scale,using the preliminary observation scale to try the new teaching of sample teachers,and modifying the first obtained classroom evaluation behavior scale,The final observation scale is used to show the sample class of sample teachers,and show the use process and method of the observation scale.Chapter four,based on the final determined record of teachers’ classroom evaluation behavior,observes and analyzes twenty sample classes,obtains the statistical comparison table of the classroom evaluation behavior of novice and skilled teachers under each observation index in all dimensions,so as to obtain the representation of the evaluation behavior of novice and skilled teachers in class.Finally,from the representation to the novice,the author analyzes the behavior of the new students and the teachers The influencing factors of the classroom evaluation behavior of the novice teachers are analyzed and explained.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper and gets enlightenment. |
