Firstly through literature analysis method, figuring out teachers’ profession development progress and status, this research discovers that research of geography teachers’ professional expression is under initial stage. The expression has some problems of lack of conception definition, ambiguous evaluation index, lack of geography feature and so on.On the basis of literature analysis,based on the "multivariate interactive" digital class observation platform, the traditional class teaching evaluation method is reformed. Through true lessons, qualitative and quantitative evaluation is given on geography teachers’ professional expression activity. Then the difference on the aspects of middle school geography teachers’ professional expression in different occupational development stages is induced. The research discovers that the novice teacher is one-sided on understanding of geography course standard and teaching material. Some teachers are poor on geographic knowledge so that the key point and difficulty can’t be highlighted during teaching. But they also have their own advantage, which is that they are good at searching novel teaching resources. The ripe geography teacher’s teaching design is clear on logic. Their language expression capability is strong. Their PPT is exquisite. But they don’t shape their own teaching style. The expert geography teacher is the most familiar to teaching material. They shape their teaching style. But their teaching resource is old and teaching method also is single.According to the problems of geography teachers of every occupational stage,the improvement strategy can be promoted for improving their professional expression capability. The novice teacher should study intensively teaching material and course standard ,master teaching scientific nature, study interpretation skill and improve oral expression capability.The ripe teacher should decrease their own interpretation and increase students’ study activity .Last but not the least.they should sum up their own teaching feature for shaping their own teaching style. But the expert teacher also needs to update teaching resource in time.Besides,they should study new thought and new skills of teaching positively to make teaching way more diversified.
