With the great reform and development of higher education,the development of higher education in China has entered a new stage of popularization.How to realize the high-quality development of higher education has become the key issue of healthy and sustainable development of higher education.The classroom in Colleges and universities is the key to ensure the quality of higher education.How to improve the teaching level and teaching quality is a common concern at home and abroad.Students are the main body of classroom learning.The only way to return to the essence of education and improve the quality of education is to form the classroom teaching strategy guided by students’ needs.This study is divided into five parts.The first part: introduction.The paper expounds the reasons,significance,ideas and methods of the research,defines the core concepts of this study,and summarizes the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad.The second part: theoretical research: multidimensional examination of the classroom strategies in Colleges and Universities Guided by students’ needs.From the perspectives of Constructivism learning theory,Maslow’s need level theory and Odfeld’s humanism theory,the paper analyzes the connotation,significance and value of classroom strategy in Colleges and Universities Guided by students’ needs.The third part: comparison and reference--the classroom strategies of foreign first-class universities based on students’ needs.This paper collects,consults and studies the experience of foreign countries,such as Britain,France and the United States,on students’ needs oriented classroom strategies in first-class colleges and universities,and obtains the common characteristics of the three countries’ first-class colleges and Universities: Aiming at the cultivation of first-class talents in the classroom concept;focusing on the cultivation of first-class talents in the classroom;focusing on the cultivation of first-class talents in the classroom concept;Focus on the needs of first-class talents in the classroom content;Pay attention to the development of first-class talents in classroom organization;In the classroom evaluation,we should highlight the growth of first-class talents.The fourth part: problem analysis-the causes of classroom strategies in Colleges and universities.Through the method of interview,we interviewed four professors of different disciplines in some domestic colleges and universities,and 12 students of different schools,grades,majors and genders in order to build a first-class undergraduate course,The main reasons behind the problems are as follows: the lag of teaching ideas leads to the neglect of students’ expectations;The old teaching content makes students’ desire weakened;The confusion of teaching organization leads to the neglect of students’ demands;The ossification of classroom evaluation leads to the students’ lack of integration.The fifth part: the strategy of Optimization--the innovation of classroom strategy oriented by students’ needs.According to the root causes of the problems existing in today’s university classroom,this paper puts forward the direction that can be made efforts in the future university classroom,that is,to innovate the classroom concept and pay attention to the development of students’ cognition;Update the teaching content,take care of students’ emotional needs;Optimize the organization strategy and promote the positive interaction between teachers and students;Improve the evaluation methods and guide students to actively integrate.Mainly from the four aspects of College Teachers’ classroom teaching concept,classroom teaching content,teaching organization strategy and curriculum evaluation method,in order to reduce the problems existing in college classroom,improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities,build a first-class undergraduate,and improve the teaching quality of national higher education.
