The integration of science and education was the practical demand of the cultivation of innovative talents in China.At present,how to combine teaching with scientific research had been an important issue in the process of cultivating innovative talents under the concept of science and education integration.Based on Humboldt’s idea of "combination of scientific research and teaching",this study took the "longping innovation experimental class" of hunan agricultural university as a case study,focusing on three aspects of scientific research participation,teaching methods and tutor training.The questionnaire of innovative talents training under the concept of science and education integration was compiled,and the data collected were processed with spss19.0,and the current situation of innovative talents training was described and analyzed.Using Nvivo 11.0 to generate the initial concept and discovered the concept category from the original data,this paper constructed the influencing factor model of innovation talents training of "longping innovation experimental class".The conclusions of this study are as follows:The descriptive results of the three dimensions of scientific research participation,teaching method and tutor training of innovative talents training under the concept of science and education integration showed that the overall situation of scientific research participation of students in "longping innovation experimental class" was good.The results were as follows:(1)the degree of interest in scientific research activities was affected by the interest of early students in scientific research.(2)There were a significant positive correlation between the purpose of scientific research and the motivation of participating in innovation activities and the need of students to publish their own papers.(3)In the process of teaching,the importance and policy of students’ scientific research,the annual scientific research funds for students,and the setting of theoretical and experimental courses were the main factors affecting the improvement of teaching methods.(4)Half of the students in the "longping innovation experimental class" were often guided by their tutors.Most of the students were able to think about and adopt the tutors’ guidance,and think that the tutors should teach the students’ thinking methods most.At the same time,using the method of grounded theory,the paper abstracted the influencing factors of talent cultivation of "longping innovation experimental class",including scientific research participation,tutor training,evaluation system,curriculum setting,teaching methods,and constructs the influencing factor model of innovative talent cultivation under the concept of science and education integration.Based on the above analysis,this study put forward seven ways to improve the cultivation of innovative talents under the concept of science and education integration.Create a strong atmosphere of science and education,and create a good environment for academic education.Taking students as the basis,innovating new ideas of talent training.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the participation of professional teachers.Enrich classroom teaching methods and reform credit evaluation system.Promoting research teaching and group cooperative learning.Cultivate students’ interest in scientific research and strictly implement the whole process tutor system.Improve the incentive system for teachers and ensure the proportion of investment.
