Research On The Innovation Motivation Of Science And Technology Innovation Talents In Liaoning Public General Universities

In recent years,the state’s discourse on scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological innovation talents has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life and has become the focus of many scholars in academia.As an important part of the old industrial base in Northeast my country,Liaoning has abundant scientific,technological,and human resources.Since entering the new era,Liaoning has taken a new development mindset to promote upgrading the original industrial base in Northeast China and value the active role of talent in the development and construction of Liaoning.As part of the science and technology innovation talent team,university science and technology innovation talents also play a great role in the construction and development of Liaoning.This paper focuses on each public general university in Liaoning Province,analyzes the shortcomings in stimulating the innovation motivation of scientific and technological innovation talents in public general universities in Liaoning Province,considering the development of scientific and technological innovation talents in each public general university in Liaoning Province,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions.The article first discusses the research background of the selected topic,and on this basis,further explores why and what is the value of studying this topic.Finally,the relevant conclusions of domestic and foreign experts and scholars are summarily analyzed and sorted out.On this basis,the theoretical concepts related to science and technology innovation capability,public management,and motivation were elaborated to lay a theoretical foundation for further analysis of the innovation motivation of science and technology innovation talents in general higher education institutions in Liaoning Province.Then the current situation of innovation motivation of scientific and technological talents in Liaoning public colleges and universities was introduced.Through data review and questionnaires,we got a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of scientific and technological innovation talents,scientific research investment,scientific research output,and related policies in Liaoning public general colleges and universities,and through empirical analysis of research data,we extracted the analytical dimensions of issues and reasons for the development of innovation motivation of scientific and technological innovation abilities in Liaoning public general schools and universities.Finally,specific optimization suggestions for the analyzed problems and reasons are put forward.The study shows that stimulating the innovation motivation of science and technology innovation talents in public general colleges and universities in Liaoning Province is a matter for the management subjects of colleges and universities and should involve multiple subjects of individual science and technology innovation talents and the government.In the process of enhancing the innovation motivation of scientific and technological innovation talents in public general universities,it is necessary to respect and mobilize the factors of individual scientific and technological innovation talents in public general universities as well as to improve the management level of scientific and technological innovation in public general universities themselves.In addition,the government should play a good guiding and guaranteeing role to create a good external macro-environment to stimulate the innovation motivation of scientific and technological innovation talents in public general universities.
