As China's population ageing situation becomes more and more severe,traditional family pensions and institutional pensions are facing different difficulties.In order to solve this dilemma,the country has in recent years introduced various policies and regulations to support and promote the development of the pension market and activate the socialized vitality of the pension service.Many elderly service companies were born,devoted to the research and development of elderly services such as "Internet +" smart elderly care,community home elderly care,and related old facilities,and participated in street communities and other grass-roots levels through the support of government policies on purchasing services.Elderly care services.Under this trend,the social work for the elderly has also obtained certain development opportunities,and the social work for the elderly embedded in the elderly service process has been continuously pushed to the elderly service enterprises.But this is also a challenge.For social workers working in old-age service enterprises,what role do they need to play in the related work of old-age service,how to play these roles,and what factors will affect old-age service Role-playing of social workers in enterprises? Understanding these issues and studying the boundaries of the role of social service workers in senior care services is of great practical significance to senior social workers and corporate social workers in social work positions in senior care companies.This article starts from the four aspects of government,enterprise,service object and social work profession,and comprehensively discusses the role-playing problem of social workers in pension service enterprises.The study takes Fujian WS Company as an example,collects data through interviews,document collation,and other methods.Based on different levels,it analyzes the role of social workers in old-age service companies and analyzes the role of social workers.The role and role of the social worker in the enterprise can be used as a reference to explore the role and role of social workers in the elderly service enterprise.The research results show that the direct service roles that social workers should play in elderly service companies are evaluators of the needs of the elderly,professional service providers,solvers of the elderly's life problems,leaders of the renewal of the concepts of the elderly,consultants,and disputes between parties.Mediators and educators;the indirect service roles that should be played are administrative workers,policy advisers,resource linkers,voluntary team managers,team builders,corporate culture builders,employee welfare activists,helpers in need,Clients are intermediaries who communicate with the company,maintainers of the company's brand and image.At the same time,it is concluded that the predicaments that social workers may play in role-playing include conflicts in social work values,role overload,and role ambiguity in the elderly service process.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the three levels of government,enterprises and social workers themselves.
