Young strong a country strong,junior high school students as the main body of teenagers,the future of our country's development plays an important role in sustainable development,however the current our country school physical condition of students is still widespread.In recent years,although the trend of the decline in the physical health level of Chinese students has been restrained,but it does not mean that the physical health of Chinese teenagers has a trend to improve,how to use the current international advanced means,applied in physical education,teach young people how to improve their health,effectively improve their physical fitness,for our country to cultivate a strong and comprehensive development of the basic reserve force is worth exploring and research direction,is the problem we face.In order to further enrich the content and methods of junior middle school physical education teaching,this study will explore the feasibility of implementing intermission and functional combined training in junior middle school physical education classroom through literature method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The effect of interval-functional combination training on improving the physical quality of junior high school students was preliminarily verified.It is hoped that this study can provide new ideas and referential schemes for the teaching methods and means of physical education in Chinese middle schools.The results showed that the training program designed in this study had a significant effect on improving lower limb strength and explosive force quality of middle school students(P < 0.05).It can improve flexibility,speed,upper limb strength,abdominal strength,coordination quality and endurance quality significantly(P < 0.01),and play a positive role in improving physical quality in all aspects of middle school.Intermittent and functional combined training is not only suitable for physical education teaching practice,but also has the advantages of limited by the field equipment and can be practiced in and out of class.It is an efficient and convenient training method system.Applying intermission and functional combined training to physical education teaching practice can help students stabilize their center of gravity during running,save energy consumption,and gradually strengthen their technical movements.Classroom practice strict control of intermittent time to practice,to strengthen the student's physical quality,can make the students in the final test can faster into the test state,to adapt to the test intensity,so as to improve athletic performance.
