Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and it is an important course to solve the key problem of how to cultivate high-quality talents for the party and the country.Strengthening the rule of law education in middle school ideological and political education is an important measure to study apublicize Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law and comprehensively improve the rule of law and legal consciousness of middle school students.Through the study of the rule of law education in the ideological and political course,junior high school students can master the basic legal knowledge,safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,actively participate in social activities,integrate into the rule of law society,and become a little citizen who knows the law,knows the law,protects the law and abides by the law.Strengthening the rule of law education of junior high school students not only plays a constructive role in reducing juvenile delinquency,but also has basic significance in maintaining the national social order.In recent years,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the rule of law education,many junior high schools in urban areas respond to the call of the state,focus on promoting the rule of law education in school ideological and political course,combined with the local reality,actively develop school-based teaching materials,integrate educational resources,improve teaching methods and update teaching content,and achieved good results.But in contrast,in many rural areas,due to the lack of driving force of economic development,and the narrow access to information,people's legal awareness is still not strong,and many left behind children in the family law education is blank.Therefore,rural schools need to bear the main responsibility of legal education.However,due to the long-term emphasis on examination oriented education rather than the rule of law education,and the shortage of teachers specialized in the rule of law education,the rule of law education in rural junior high schools is difficult to achieve actual results.The initiative of rural junior high school students to accept the rule of law education is lower than that of urban junior high school students,which is not conducive to the promotion of rural junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law and the maintenance of their own legitimate rights,but also hinders the process of building a socialist country ruled by law.Based on the empirical investigation,this paper takes the legal education of Ideological and political course in rural junior high school as the research object,carries out the investigation of legal education of Ideological and political course in Junior High School of Lantian County,finds out the existing problems through theoretical analysis,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,significance,current situation,key and difficult points of the paper;The second part is to elaborate a series of concepts of the rule of law education,which explains the goal and significance of the rule of law education for junior high school students;The third part is to investigate and analyze the implementation of Ideological and political course in Township junior high schools in Lantian area,and explore the need for improvement;The fourth part is from the school,students,teachers,teaching methods,curriculum evaluation system five aspects of the corresponding solutions.The purpose is to promote the teaching quality of Ideological and political course in junior middle schools in rural areas,and to provide practical solutions to the existing problems.
