How can we continue to develop and grow in this situation, it requires a clear understanding of the current internal and external environment, also the understanding of future development exactly, rather than "muddle along".The thesis is based on corporate strategic theory, also relevant theories and research status, using PEST, Porter five competitive forces model, SWOT and other tools and methods to describe external macro-environment, industry and internal environment characteristics, with the full grasp of institutional development and strategic environmental characteristics, based on the analysis to determine the strategic direction of organizations. Then it specifies the organization’s strategic mission and goals and points out development strategy implementation path of music composition training institutions including brand strategy, centralized growth strategy, diversity integrating strategy. Finally, the implementation of the strategy of the development and protection measures are put forward, including security management system, business development, human resources, fund safeguard measures, the enterprise culture protection, etc.
