The construction of Andragogy in China began in the first half of the20th.With the efforts of scholars,Chinese Andragogy has experienced a journey from scratch,from imitation to independent exploration,during which many academic achievements and experiences were left.This has not been comprehensively and thoroughly sorted out and summarized.In addition,the predicament of the development of Andragogy also puts forward urgent requirements for the study of discipline history.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the course of the construction of Andragogy in the first half of the 20th,sum up its experience and lessons,in order to enrich the research on the history of Andragogy and promote the construction of current Andragogy,and then promote the development of adult education practice.This article focuses on the construction of Andragogy in the first half of the 20th,using historical methods and documentary methods to study systematically on the history,progress,reflections and enlightenment of the construction of Andragogy in the first half of the 20th.In particular,this article includes the following aspects:Firstly,the course of the construction of Andragogy in half of the 20th.In the first half of the 20th,the process of Chinese Andragogy is mainly divided into three stages:the embryonic period of Chinese Andragogy(1904-1927),the emergence period of Chinese Andragogy(1928-1936)and the development period of Chinese Andragogy(1937-1949),and summarized the background,situation and characteristics of Chinese andragogy at each stage.Secondly,the path of the construction of Andragogy in half of the20th.This chapter mainly examines the path of the construction of Chinese Andragogy during the period from two aspects:the external organizational system and the internal organizational system.Specifically,the external organizational system includes discipline troops,talent training institutions and research bases,academic publication and course setting.The internal organizational system mainly includes the definition of the concept of adult education,the discipline foundation of Andragogy,disciplinary system of Andragogy,and study on foreign adult education.Thirdly,reflections on the construction of Andragogy in half of the 20th.In the first half of the 20th,Chinese Andragogy has made certain achievements in talent training and academic publications,and has an important position in the history of Chinese Andragogy.However,there were also some shortcomings in the construction of Andragogy during this period,such as the boundary of the discipline has not been delimited,and the discussion of the principle of Andragogy needs to be in-depth.Finally,enlightenment of the construction of Andragogy in half of the20th.Reflecting on the construction of Andragogy in the first half of the 20thhas provided the following four enlightenments for the development of the current Chinese Andragogy:establish discipline consciousness and perfect knowledge system;strengthen team building and carry out research dialogue;based on local practice and construct Chinese School;open academic portals and strengthen international exchanges.
