Research On The Development Strategy Of Haitian Kindergarten In Bayannaoer

Both of the private kindergartens and children in kindergartens' number are increasing rapidly,after the promulgation of various policies on private preschool education in China.Haitian kindergarten came into being under the background of this macro policy.The number of private kindergartens are increase,the market competition is fiercly.In order to achieve the development goal of "educating elite children and running brand kindergarten",and truly achieve sustainable development,Haitian kindergarten must rely on professional strategic management knowledge,find out the scientific development strategy and implement it.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of Haitian kindergarten,through the analysis of its internal and external environment,find out its advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats.On this basis,SWOT analysis is carried out,and four alternative development strategies of Haitian kindergarten are obtained.By using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods,it is concluded that the most suitable enterprise development strategy for Haitian kindergarten is the reverse strategy.In view of this development strategy,this paper has formulated six key points of specific implementation,which are: 1.Increase business sector to broaden the source of income;2.Unify brand name to build brand alliance;3.Innovate marketing methods to broaden marketing channels;4.Carry out teaching research to build core competitiveness;5.Improve the construction level of kindergarten teaching standardization;6.Improve the strategic management ability.In order to ensure the implementation of the above development strategy,the detailed objectives of the development strategy were formulated.The four dimensions of human,material,financial and policy and system.This study,on the one hand,can help the kindergarten managers to realize the lack of its development strategy,timely adjust the strategic direction and implementation measures,so as to help them more competitive in the regional market competition.On the other hand,it has guiding significance for the operation strategy selection and implementation of similar regional private kindergartens.
