Cheer leading is a fashionable,modern and novel sports program,and its diversity,fitness,artistry,teamwork and entertainment characteristics and unique youth,vitality and team spirit have won the favor of the majority of young people.Today cheerleading activities have been flourishing on the campuses of universities in China,showing a booming trend,and also promoting the emergence of cheerleading events.Therefore,cheerleading coaches have also received much attention and favor.A professional coach team is an important factor in running cheerleading programs.During the training and competition,their level of competence directly affects the team’s performance and the acquisition and improvement of athletes’ competitive ability.This study takes the competence of college cheerleading coaches as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and interview methods,based on the competence of cheerleading coaches.Characteristics,the special characteristics of cheerleading sports and the characteristics of coaching and other related theories,constructing the index system for evaluating the competence of cheerleading coaches in colleges and universities and determining the weight of each index;after multiple rounds of questionnaire surveys by experts,the system is deeply analyzed And come up with strategies to improve the competence of the cheerleading coach.It is intended to provide reference for practical activities such as college selection,recruitment of cheerleading coaches,and qualification certification,and to promote the improvement of cheerleading competition level.The findings are as follows:1.Cheerleading is an aerobic metabolism-based technology-led difficult and beautiful project group.Its unique team cohesion,style characteristics of mutual help,enthusiasm and youthful vitality make it popular in the world.The appreciation of the people.The characteristics of the cheerleading project are mainly reflected in three aspects: technical characteristics,team characteristics and cultural characteristics.Cheerleading is a fusion of the diversity of dance elements and different types of exercises.In terms of coaching,coaches must give full play to the characteristics of their personal style.In order to effectively improve the overall training level of the cheerleading sports team,pay attention to the training process and The sports team management method,cheerleading,is another sport with a strong sense of collective honor and team awareness.It also emphasizes that coaches should pay attention to training athletes’ sense of responsibility,cohesion and teamwork.2.In this paper,based on the characteristics and technical characteristics of the cheerleading project,the basic theory,technical skills and knowledge system of the cheerleading coach,combined with the opinions of authoritative experts in the field of cheerleading,the evaluation index of the competence of the cheerleading coaches in universities is constructed The system,followed by the selection principle of the evaluation index,based on the questionnaire survey and expert interviews,revised the contents of five first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators,And use the analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation index system model,the judgment matrix of the indexes at each level,calculate the corresponding weight and consistency test analysis,arrange the importance of the index,and make a more detailed and comprehensive analysis of the content of each index analysis.3.According to the research,the ranking of the weights of the evaluation index system for the competence of the cheerleading coaches in colleges and universities is obtained:(1)The ranking of the first-level indicators from high to low is in order of coaching skills,training design,sports team management,material selection strategies,and competition guidance.(2)The ranking of the weights of the secondary indicators from high to low is in order of special knowledge ability,teaching and training experience,training competition management,training plan formulation,training method selection,organization system management and so on.(3)The five indicators with higher ranking of the weights of the three-level indicators are training coaching skills,movement creation,sports quality,music selection,participation program formulation and execution,and special physical fitness training. |
