Scientific argumentation is an important part of scientific thinking in the core literacy of physics.Studies have shown that applying scientific argumentation to teaching will greatly improve students' learning efficiency and can also cultivate students' scientific literacy.The Toulmin Model used in teaching high school physical science argument,improving the teaching process,facilitating the implementation of scientific proof of teaching,improving students' ability to scientific proof.This research is based on Piaget's Constructivist Learning Theory,Ausubel's Meaning Learning Theory,and Bruner's Cognitive Structure Learning Theory,using literature,based on "Curriculum Standards' requirements for scientific proof,combining Toulmin Model to build a structural model of scientific argumentation,designing and implementing scientific demonstration teaching based on Toulmin Model for"acceleration","free fall motion",and "composition of forces".Using the test method,work out test papers,measure the effectiveness of teaching implementation and analyze the results.Studies have shown that the structural model of the scientific argumentation is reasonable,and there are inseparable links between the various elements.Applying the structural model of scientific argumentation based on Toulmin Model to the teaching design of physics scientific argumentation in high school will help cultivate students' scientific argumentation ability and meet the requirements of the "Curriculum Standards".Reasonable questions based on the structural model of scientific argumentation in the test will help to clarify the ideas of scientific argumentation.According to the research results,some suggestions are put forward for the teaching design of high school physics science demonstration based on Toulmin Model:In the teaching process design,it should be based on "Curriculum Standards" in the relevant requirements of the teaching content,analysis deeply of the the textbook from the five elements of scientific argumentation:viewpoint,factual evidence,reasoning process,theoretical basis and rebutting,constructs a scientific argument structure model to clear teaching process;in the teaching content design,increasing teaching links,such as argumentation interaction,rebuttal and etc.,to promote the learning enthusiasm of most students,to stimulate students to think,to cultivate the rigor,logic and profoundness of students' scientific thinking;in working out test papers,it should design the test content ideas,argument ideas and thinking are written through structured testing,it is helpful for teachers to understand the degree of students' construction of knowledge and mastery of knowledge points,and it also helps students to improve their scientific argumentation ability.
