Information literacy is the quality that people must have in the information society,and information technology is also a compulsory subject for students.Through practice,lectures and communication with teachers,it is found that students’ learning engagement is not high and classroom teaching effect is not good in high school information technology classroom.Therefore,the research problem of this paper is how to effectively improve the learning engagement of high school information technology classroom learners,which is also the problem that high school information technology teachers need to consider.On the basis of literature review,through questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of students’ learning engagement in high school information technology classroom.Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard,combined with the characteristics of information technology discipline and high school students’ psychological characteristics,this paper puts forward corresponding learning engagement promotion strategies for the influencing factors of learning engagement in high school information technology classroom,Taking the learning and operation of Excel 2013 spreadsheet as the specific course content,in the teaching practice of multiple rounds of learning engagement promotion strategy,through the analysis of classroom observation scale,student interview results,student work submission rate and student work completion,this paper summarizes the problems in each round of teaching,and modifies and improves the learning engagement promotion strategy,At the same time,it can improve the effect of classroom teaching,and provide theoretical and practical basis for students to be more involved in learning and teachers to design better teaching links.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)there are mainly two dimensions of the factors that affect the learners’ learning engagement in the information technology classroom of senior high school,and the influence intensity from large to small is teachers’ factor and students’ factor.(2)There are two dimensions and nine strategies for the promotion of IT classroom learning engagement in senior high school.They are: teachers should establish a good teacher-student relationship and promote teacher-student communication;Teachers should use more encouraging language to praise students and promote their enthusiasm;Provide sufficient learning equipment to enable students to practice;According to the students’ learning ability,the teacher formulates and helps the students to clarify the learning objectives and tasks,and adds operation tips in the operation exercises;Teachers provide more learning resources,so that students with strong learning ability can carry out extended learning and exploration;According to the teaching objectives,the evaluation scale is established to carry out students’ self-evaluation and peer evaluation;Stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their sense of self-efficacy;To arouse students’ learning enthusiasm and stimulate their learning motivation;In the information technology classroom to establish a learning mutual aid group,to promote student exchanges at the same time,the group of students progress together.(3)Through the teaching practice research,the implementation of high school IT classroom learning investment promotion strategy has a certain effect on the overall learning investment level of students.In the dimension of behavioral investment and cognitive investment,the improvement is more obvious,but in the dimension of emotional investment,the improvement is not obvious;In many rounds of practical research,the submission rate of students’ homework and the completion degree of submitted works are also gradually increasing.The promotion strategy of learning engagement in high school information technology classroom is more effective in improving students’ learning engagement and learning effect.Based on the shortcomings and limitations of this study,in the follow-up research,we can expand the research sample,further improve the promotion strategy of high school IT classroom learning investment,and improve the applicability and popularization of the promotion strategy of high school IT classroom learning investment.
