Research in recent years has shown that primary and secondary school teachers in my country are facing greater psychological pressure, showing obvious symptoms of job burnout. If teachers are in a state of high job burnout for a long time, they will have a certain negative impact on individuals, schools and society.Few studies have explored the impact of individual classroom emotions on job burnout. This study explores the impact of classroom emotions on job burnout from the perspective of emotion regulation. The first study took 276 high school teachers as the research objects, and used the Positive and Negative Emotion Scale and the Teacher Burnout Scale to measure the teacher's classroom mood(including positive and negative)and job burnout. The results found that positive classroom emotions and job burnout total scores and their three dimensions(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, low sense of accomplishment)have a significant negative correlation, negative classroom emotions and job burnout total scores and their three dimensions(Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, low sense of accomplishment)has a significant positive correlation. And through hierarchical regression analysis,it is further found that classroom positive emotions have a significant negative predictive effect on job burnout, and classroom negative emotions have a significant positive predictive effect on job burnout. The second study is based on the first study, with 316 high school teachers as the research objects, using the Positive and Negative Emotion Scale, the Teacher Burnout Scale, and the Emotion Regulation Scale to explore high school teachers' cognitive reappraisal and classroom positive and negative emotions. The results of the study showed that the job burnout of teacher were negatively correlated with positive classroom feelings significantly, positively correlated with negative classroom emotions significantly, and significantly negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal, except for low There is a significant positive correlation between the sense of accomplishment dimension and expression inhibition;positive classroom emotions and job burnout total score results show a significant negative correlation, negative classroom emotions and job burnout total score results show a significant positive correlation,in addition. The correlation between strategy scores and job burnout scores is significant negative, and cognitive reappraisal strategies have a moderating effect between negative classroom emotions and high school teachers' job burnout. This study has drawn the following conclusions:(1)Positive and negative emotions in the classroom have an impact on teacher burnout;(2)Cognitive reappraisal strategies have a moderating effect between negative emotions in the classroom and teacher burnout.
