Yoga because of its unique line of fun and easy physical and mental health effects of the training methods, has long been loved by the public. From a psychological point of view of western scholars elaborated the yoga science of human health effect. Then the field of psychology research on yoga gradually increase and become an important topic in psychological research. Scientific research psychology of yoga yoga is still concentrated in the study of emotional impact. Emotion is good or not is not only physical and mental health of individuals is closely related to the development of individual cognitive and behavioral improvement in the cultivation of good character and the ability to adapt to the environment of the present are closely linked. If you can find the control of emotion regulation and emotional management effectiveness factors, it is possible to find an effective way to alleviate the negative emotions of the people. Many researchers of the study coincides with the perspective on the relationship between yoga and emotional, perhaps yoga in psychological research and improve the status of one of the reasons, so that individuals have more comprehensive development. In this study, two experiments of the effect of yoga on mood regulation.
