| In the information society,computational thinking is getting more and more attention,while in the near future,it will be as necessary as reading,writing and arithmetic for every modern citizen.Generally,the cultivation of computational thinking in China starts from the university and is integrated into the teaching of computer courses.However,the task of cultivating students’ computational thinking lies not only in colleges and universities,but also in a wide range of primary and secondary schools.Information technology course is an important way to cultivate students’ computing thinking.How to cultivate students’ computing thinking in the course of information technology is the common doubt and exploration direction of the majority of front-line teachers.Scratch,children’s programming software,which is simple and easy to learn,is more and more popular with teachers and students.Besides,it is incorporated into the information technology curriculum of local primary and secondary schools in more and more regions to become an effective carrier for cultivating students’ computational thinking.In this paper,the feasibility of using Scratch software to cultivate the computational thinking of primary school students was analyzed,so as to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of computational thinking of primary school students,a research design based on Scratch software to cultivate the computational thinking of primary school students was conducted,and an empirical study was conducted on this basis.At the end of the paper,based on the summary of the research,the author puts forward the improvement strategies of cultivating pupils’ computational thinking from the aspects of schools and teachers. |
