| Mathematics teachers’ teaching leadership has a great influence on students’ learning effect.However,most of the current researches on teachers’ teaching leadership focus on the analysis of principals or administrators,and lack of researches from the perspective of mathematics teachers to the individual situation of teachers.Therefore,this paper focuses on the topic of teaching leadership of middle school mathematics teachers,taking middle school mathematics teachers in J city of Jiangxi Province as the research object,and launches the investigation of teaching leadership and the research of influencing factors.Firstly,this paper analyzes the teaching characteristics of middle school mathematics and the specific connotation of middle school mathematics teachers’ teaching leadership,and constructs a four-dimensional model of middle school mathematics teachers’ teaching leadership by constructing teaching vision,implementing student management,developing teaching activities and creating teaching environment.Secondly,220 mathematics teachers and 220 students from n middle schools in j city,Jiangxi province are selected as the research objects.based on questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the current situation and individual differences of mathematics teachers’ teaching leadership in j middle schools,and finds out the shortcomings of mathematics teaching leadership in j middle schools and the differences of individual factors on leadership.Thirdly,using the correlation analysis method,this paper makes a quantitative correlation analysis on the influencing factors of middle school mathematics teachers from three angles: teachers’ personal factors,students’ factors and campus culture factors.Finally,combined with the results of current situation analysis and influencing factors analysis,focusing on the four dimensions of teaching leadership of middle school mathematics teachers,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement suggestions from three aspects: teachers,students and campus culture.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the current situation and influence of mathematics teachers’ teaching leadership in middle schools in J City,Jiangxi Province,which can effectively supplement the theory of mathematics teachers’ leadership research and provide reference for improving mathematics teachers’ teaching leadership in J City,Jiangxi Province.At the same time,the characteristics of J city in Jiangxi Province also represent the general situation of middle school mathematics teachers in most cities.The suggestions and countermeasures put forward in this paper also have certain reference value for improving the teaching leadership of front-line mathematics teachers in China. |
