In 2008,with the destruction of the Chinese national football team in the Beijing Olympics,more than 4,000 football schools were scattered.The number of young athletes was registered by the Chinese Football Association has dropped from 650,000 to only 7,000.In 2018,Minister Chen Baosheng of the Ministry of Education requested that the national strategy of creating 50,000 national youth campus football characteristic schools be promoted as "basic projects,demonstration projects,road exploration projects and hope projects".On the basis of combing the relevant research literature,this paper comprehensively uses field visits,in-depth interviews,questionnaires and other methods to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the development of campus football in a case school and its related situation,and then analyzes and combs the development of the case school,especially the development experience of campus football in the case school.There are two findings in the investigation:First,the campus football in the case school has a long development process and is in the stage of upgrading from version 1.0 to version 2.0;Second,the good results of football education in case schools are fundamentally due to "the school-running scholars continue to abide by the school-running philosophy of 'Football Education'","the development strategy of 'Football Education' is implemented",and "the overall development of schools helps the formation of the characteristics of 'Football Education'".On the basis of investigation and findings,the author further refines the development experience of five campus football in case schools:First,effectively form the value consensus that "football can also educate people";The second is to insist on the "popularization" and "improvement" of campus football;Third,attach great importance to the construction of high-level football coaches;Fourth,teachers take the lead in setting an example to drive students to participate in campus football;Fifth,it is the key to carry out football teaching and training in and out of class professionally.Based on the above findings and experiences,in order to promote and promote the innovative development of the national youth campus football characteristic schools,we suggest to further vigorously carry forward Xiangshan School's original spirit of being the first,and strive to form a development ecology in which every school has its own characteristics and every school has its own unique skills;Further integrate leading and promoting innovative education into the development goals and assessment indicators of football characteristic schools on youth campuses,and start with dolls.
