Research On The Applicable Ways Of Labor Education For Senior High School Students

Labor is the driving force to promote the development of human society,and a good life is created by labor as well.Strengthening labor education is not only an inevitable requirement to start a new journey of socialist modernization,but also an important way to cultivate new people of the times.However,due to the influence of various factors,labor education still has some softened,downplayed and marginal changes in our real life.In this paper,the author will combine his own work experience,with high school students as the research object,through literature research and questionnaires and other methods to understand the implementation of labor education in ordinary high school schools.Overall,there are four parts in this article: the first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic and the research methods used in this paper.The second part analyzes the importance of labor education for high school students from the perspectives of educational objectives,individual overall development,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The third part is to understand the current labor education status of high school students as well as the existing problems through investigation,and analyze the reasons behind the problems through the statistics of questionnaire data.The fourth part explores the path to realize the labor education for high school students,and proposes the following countermeasures against the current problems:(1)The high school students' understanding of labor education should be deepened;(2)The education authority should pay full attention to the labor education of high school students Work;(3)It is necessary to give full play to the role of school and society in labor education.
