Research On The Effectiveness And Governance Paths Of Mobile Applications For University Education And Teaching In China

With the emergence of the development model of "Internet + Education",schools in China,the United States,the United Kingdom,France,Japan,Australia and many other countries have used mobile applications for education and teaching for auxiliary teaching during the teaching process.Later,mobile applications for education and teaching are no longer limited to schools,people of all fields and ages can learn from mobile applications for education and teaching.In universities,in order to help teachers and students improve their work and study level better,mobile applications for education and teaching are more professional and diversified.Mobile application for university education and teaching refer to the third-party applications that need to be carried by mobile devices to help universities realize education and teaching functions.It has a large number and many forms,including apps,small programs,public accounts,enterprise We Chat ID,etc.,but it also has serious problems of homogenization and inadequate governance,thus affecting the effectiveness of mobile application for college education and teaching.In order to make the mobile application for university education and teaching better help and serve teachers and students in universities,this research takes the networked governance as the theoretical basis,by measuring the actual effectiveness of mobile applications for university education and teaching,the effectiveness level of mobile applications for university education and teaching in China is judged at this stage.From the perspective of networked governance,it is suggested that the effectiveness of mobile applications for university education and teaching should be controlled from source by regulators,universities maintain unity with the government,guidance and feedback within the university,users and development departments should cooperate to improve the quality of mobile application for university education and teaching.It also puts forward the network of the relevant subjects involved in the current society by networked governance.
