Emotion will affect people's work and life,good emotional state is conducive to improve the effectiveness of personal work and quality of life.The generation and expression of emotion contains the individual's attitude and evaluation of the environment or events.As a profession with high emotional consumption,primary school teachers' emotional literacy is very important for teachers' work.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' emotional literacy and the impact of emotional literacy on their career evaluation.This study mainly uses the quantitative research method,establishes four dimensions of emotional literacy and emotion recognition,emotional understanding,emotional management and emotional interaction,and a research frame of five dimensions,namely,occupational satisfaction and interpersonal relationship,working environment,work income,work intensity and self realization.The questionnaire survey method is adopted to study 219 primary school teachers in J city of J province,The paper investigates the emotional literacy of primary school teachers and explores the influence of their emotional literacy on their career satisfaction.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The overall level of primary school teachers' emotional literacy is high,and the internal differences are small.The level of the four dimensions from high to low is: emotional interaction,emotional recognition,emotional understanding and emotional management.(2)There are some differences in the emotional literacy of primary school teachers in gender,age,teaching years,education background,discipline and period,but not significant.(3)There are significant differences in emotional literacy among primary school teachers with different marital status.The emotional literacy level of married teachers is better than that of unmarried teachers;There is a significant difference in emotional literacy between class teachers and non class teachers.The emotional literacy level of class teachers is better than that of non class teachers.(4)Primary school teachers' emotional literacy can significantly predict their career satisfaction.The higher the emotional literacy level of teachers,the higher their professional satisfaction.Among the four dimensions of emotional literacy,emotional management has the greatest impact on career satisfaction,followed by emotional interaction,emotional recognition and emotional understanding.(5)In career satisfaction,interpersonal satisfaction is mainly affected by emotional management and emotional interaction.The satisfaction of work income is mainly affected by emotional management,satisfaction of work environment is mainly affected by emotional interaction,satisfaction of work intensity is mainly affected by emotional management,and self-realization satisfaction is mainly affected by emotional management and emotional interaction.
