With the increasing enrichment of online teaching resources such as MOOC and the accelerating revolutionary influence of information technology on education,online teaching is becoming the new normal of higher education.Good online learning ability is the premise and foundation of effective learning for college students in the Internet + era.However,many college students have low online learning ability,which is affecting the quality of online teaching.The characteristics of online learning resources quantification and learning process fragmentation require learners to summarize and reflect on the learning process and results in time.However,according to the survey results,many college students ' online reflective learning ability is quite weak.This key ability is not only the weakness of college students 'online learning ability,but also the key factor restricting online learning ability.Therefore,this study intends to improve college students ' online reflective learning ability through theoretical and practical research.In order to effectively improve the online reflective learning ability of college students,this study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,quasi experimental research,etc.on the basis of clarifying the connotation of online reflective learning ability,this paper puts forward the online reflective learning ability system of college students.Then,the questionnaire is compiled to investigate the current situation of online reflective learning ability of college students who choose online courses.The survey found that there are many problems in college students' online reflective learning ability,such as lack of reflective habits and improper reflective strategies;At the same time,whether online courses consciously guide students to carry out reflective learning activities when designing learning content and organizing teaching activities has an important impact on College Students' reflective learning activities.According to the problems found in literature and field research,this study,guided by constructivist learning theory,metacognitive theory,humanistic learning theory,learning community theory and multiple intelligence theory,constructs strategies to improve college students ' online reflective learning ability,which mainly include online learning group mutual aid strategy,online learning plan formulation strategy,learning process guidance and regulation strategy,online learning reflection activity design strategy,visual thinking tool use strategy,online reflection results display communication strategy and multiple subject evaluation feedback strategy.In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategies,this study is based on two online courses,"Teaching Application of Mind Map" and "How People Learn",which are selected by undergraduates of G University,and implements relevant strategies to improve online reflective learning ability of undergraduates.The results of practical research show that the strategies of improving college students' online reflective learning ability constructed by this research have improved their online reflective learning ability,especially the improvement of online reflective habits and skills,thus improving the online learning quality of college students.In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategies,this study is based on two online courses,"Teaching Application of Mind Map" and "How People Learn",which are selected by undergraduates of G University,and implements relevant strategies to improve online reflective learning ability of undergraduates.The results of practical research show that the strategies of improving college students' online reflective learning ability constructed by this research have improved their online reflective learning ability,especially the improvement of online reflective habits and skills,thus improving the online learning quality of college students.There are two innovations in this study: first,it clarifies the connotation of online reflective learning ability,and puts forward an online reflective learning ability system composed of online reflective consciousness,online reflective habits,online reflective content and online reflective skills.Secondly,it constructs a series of strategies to improve college students' online reflective learning ability,which helps to improve the quality of College Students' online learning.Due to the short practice cycle and less practical courses,there is no classified tracking research on college students with different levels of online learning reflection ability.These deficiencies will be the improvement direction of the follow-up research.In the future,we will further revise and improve the strategies to improve college students' online reflective learning ability,and promote the improvement of online teaching quality.
