Teachers' moral responsibility in teaching is the embodiment of the value concept of responsibility in the field of teaching.It is also an important standard of conduct for teachers as the leader of teaching activities in classroom teaching.It is also the manifestation of teachers' moral behavior.Teachers' fulfillment of teaching moral responsibility is not only the stipulation of teachers' profession itself,but also makes it possible for teachers and students to develop good moral qualities.Based on the theory of teaching and responsibility,this paper studies the moral responsibility behavior of teachers in primary and secondary schools and students in classroom teaching.The research on the moral responsibility of primary and secondary school teachers mainly involves five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,research significance,research status,research framework,research methods and possible innovations.In the second chapter,the connotation of responsibility,teacher's teaching responsibility and teacher's teaching moral responsibility is discussed theoretically.Teachers' teaching moral responsibility to students can be understood in a broad and narrow sense.It also analyses its characteristics: the unity of universality and finiteness;the unity of reality and ideality;the unity of universality and particularity.This paper briefly introduces two typical concepts of moral responsibility in teaching.Chapter three elaborates the conditions for teachers to fulfill their moral responsibilities in teaching.This paper probes into teaching freedom,teaching right,teaching knowledge and teaching management.Chapter IV,analysis of primary and secondary school teachers to fulfill the moral responsibility of teaching problems and causes.The boundary of teaching moral responsibility is blurred;the sense of teaching moral responsibility is absent;the ability of teaching moral responsibility is weakened;the action of teaching moral responsibility is lagging behind.The main reasons are the lack of teachers' moral cultivation and the slow effect of teachers' professional achievements.The utilitarian orientation of examination culture.The incentive measures for professional titles are not in place,and the teacher education system is not perfect.The fifth chapter,from the perspective of educational environment,schools and teachers,puts forward the path for teachers to effectively fulfill their moral responsibility in teaching.Improving the education system of teachers' morality and style: grasping the primary position of love and responsibility.Perfect the evaluation system of school teachers' management: teachers' management focuses on the unity of power and responsibility;teachers 'evaluation focuses on diversification.Shaping teachers' personal responsibility personality: in terms of responsibility concept,setting up a correct view of teaching moral responsibility;in terms of responsibility will,cultivating teachers' strong sense of teaching moral responsibility;in terms of responsibility ability,improving teachers' professional skills.
