Nowadays,there are two major problems in education and teaching at the basic education stage in our country: one is too much emphasis on results,which makes today's education and teaching lack "process";the other is that too much emphasis is placed on deductive teaching from general to individual in today's education and teaching.,Ignoring the inductive teaching from individual to general,leading to the lack of "inductiveness" in today's education and teaching.In order to solve these two problems,F elementary school conforms to the basic characteristics of children's thinking and the law of cognitive development,and proposes a process of inductive teaching according to the nature of the content learned in the elementary school.Exploratory operation is the carrier of process induction teaching,so it is reasonable to study the process induction teaching of elementary school mathematics by observing and operating activities.In the process of understanding the world,children go through an individual to general learning process,and most of the birth of science has experienced a process from individual to general,so children also need to experience an inductive process from individual to general in the process of learning mathematics.For children in elementary school who have not fully developed abstract logical thinking,the content of mathematics learning is prior to experience and out of context.Therefore,classroom teaching needs to help children connect specific practical activities with abstract knowledge.Operational activity is a kind of practical activity that is often required in elementary school mathematics teaching.Process and embodiedness are the main characteristics of operation activity,which makes it easy to observe and analyze.Therefore,this research mainly conducts research on the process of induction teaching through the observation of primary school mathematics operation activities.Based on the classroom observation of 56 lessons in F primary school,based on the four major fields of mathematics and the four types of operational activities,this research selects 14 classrooms with procedural and inductive teaching to write classroom notes.Through classroom observations,real-time interviews with teachers and students,video recordings and physical analysis,the use of triangular mutual evidence to control the quality of research,collate and analyze the collected materials,and present the process of implementation of F Primary School Summarize teaching practices.And then it is concluded that three teaching strategies should be sought in the teaching of children's mathematics learning the most recent development area,guiding children's active induction in operational activities,and extending children's guesswork in the process of reflection.Finally,the research carried out practical reflection on the process of induction teaching in elementary school mathematics operation activities.On the one hand,it is concluded that the process of induction teaching in elementary school mathematics should implement task-driven exploratory operation activities under the learning theme of "class" characteristics.Three enlightenments to grasp the relationship between "induction and deduction".On the other hand,through the analysis of existing materials,it is found that in the process of inductive teaching of elementary school mathematics,there are three problems: teacher guidance "excessive",teachers not actively responding to students' generated content,and collective lesson preparation for individualized teaching.The above three questions put forward suggestions for improvement: At the level of educators,it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of children on the basis of subject knowledge,to fully pre-set,and to give play to the teaching wit;to organize collective lesson preparation at the school level,and to highlight the teacher's personality in collective lesson preparation to form scientific teaching and research Lesson preparation chain.
