| Flipped classroom is a new teaching mode, it build a new individualized learning environment by reversing the arrangement of knowledge and knowledge internalization. Flipped classroom is an innovation to the traditional teaching mode. The effect of the individualized learning activities in flipped classroom is very impotent to the teaching and the development of students.The research of flipped classroom in senior high school has important innovation significance and realistic significance.First, I have carried out a serious of theoretical study about individualized learning in mathematics flipped classroom of senior high school in this paper. On the basis of consulting the related literature, we summed up the implementation process of the flip classroom and defined the concept and characteristics of the flip classroom and individualized learning.The article based on the constructivism theory,mastery learning theory of Bloom, humanism learning theory and multiple intelligence theory as the support. These theories laid theoretical foundation for further research.Then,we launched related empirical studiesabout individualized learning in mathematics flipped classroom of senior high school.I combined the S-T behavior analysis and teachers’ interview to research the characteristic of personalized flip class learning activities.This article mainly based on the flip classroom——《Random phenomenon,random events,and basic event space》opened by Chang Le no.1 middle school in Shan dong province. I have did a deep and comprehensive study about high school mathematics flip classroom personalized learning activities with classroom activity and interview as qualitative research material the diversity of study value pursuit.Finally,I summed up the characteristics of personalized learning activities in high school mathematics flipped classroom according to the related theoretical analysis and empirical research.These characteristics including the multiple attribute of learning resources, the diversity of study value pursuit,the uniqueness of learning of learning style,the reflective learning process,the autonomy cooperative and exploratory of learning states.The principal position of students play better and the teaching activities of teachers become guide and promoter.I have proposed some problems exist in the individualized learning activities in flipped classroom.Then I put forward the following teaching strategies for related problems:(1)Establish multi-level teaching goal in view of the students individual difference;(2)Organize the teaching content reasonable and promote the embodiment of the teaching content;(3)Optimize the various forms of learning organization and improve the learning autonomy;(4)Respect the students’ different needs and create the learning environment flexible;(5)Diagnose and evaluate the students’ learning outcome by taking the development as the ultimate goal. |
