| There are many ways for a person’s life activities in adulthood,and professional life is an important part of them."Teacher" is not only a professional existence,but also a way of life subjectively chosen by individual.The quality of professional life has an important impact on the life and quality of life of teachers,the growth and development of students,the construction of the teaching team,and the quality of school teaching.This research focuses on the professional life of a special post female teacher in a rural elementary school.It mainly uses the research methods of open interview,participatory observation,and object collection,and tries to explore them through the narrative combing of the three dimensions of daily life,teaching life and professional development.The real picture of professional life shows the difficulties faced by female teacher in special posts in teachers’ professional development.The results of the study found that Hongxia’s professional life is affected by two factors,school and family.At the school level,it is due to the limitations of the school platform;but for Hongxia,she is more affected by family factors: first,the influence of her father’s occupation on her career choice;second,the family’s professional development after marriage Impact.In short,the most important factor that affects the professional life of a special post female teacher is the status of professional development,and the key to her professional development is her family factor.As a female teacher,family ties are one of the main reasons restricting Hongxia’s professional development.The main body of the thesis is divided into six parts: The first part explores the impact of important people in life and teacher learning on his personality and career by tracing Hongxia’s growth experience,learning journey,and career path;the second part mainly focuses on Five dimensions,including the salary,living environment,professional pressure,status and interpersonal relationships,present Hongxia’s daily life in the school field;the third part mainly focuses on the educational concept of the teacher and the "key events" that Hongxia takes in teaching Hongxia’s teaching life is presented in two aspects;the fourth part presents her professional development from the perspectives of the professional support provided by the school and her independent development needs and actions;the fifth part analyzes Hongxia’s professional life Factors,that is,the reasons why Hongxia left: First,the limitations of the school platform,such as the obvious differences between urban and rural students,it is difficult for teachers to have a strong sense of self-efficacy and accomplishment;career promotion is affected by their own professional background,etc.;It is the family’s ties.For example,the school is far from home and cannot take care of the family well;the influence of traditional gender roles and expectations on female teachers,etc.;The sixth part proposes improvements from the three levels of macro policy,environmental resources,and individual teachers.Such as the feasible path for the professional life of special post female teachers,that is,institutional support for teachers’ professional happiness and competence,organizational management that respects demands,teacher education and training that generates practical wisdom,and the life consciousness of the teacher’s main body,etc.,are for special post females teachers provide practical advice for leading a high-quality professional life. |
