In 2006,China began to implement the "special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage",aiming to supplement the teaching force in rural areas,gradually change the disadvantages of large gap in the number of rural teachers and unsatisfactory personnel allocation,and promote the overall quality of rural teachers to improve.Special post teachers contribute their own strength to the education of local rural primary and secondary schools and play a positive role in the balanced development of compulsory education.Special post teachers are different from ordinary teachers in their identity and professional development.The professional development level of teachers in special post has great influence on the healthy development of rural education,which deserves our attention.Based on the D F county school recruitment in recent years,teachers as the research object,through the methods of literature study,interview,in accordance with the relevant theory of teacher's development to analyze D F county school special hillock teacher professional development present situation,from the teachers of professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability three aspects to research,that the influence factors of teachers' professional development and the content of the "work plan" is not reasonable place,loss of pre-service training,income is not high,the teaching workload big,pre-service preparation and lack of professional identity,lack of scientific planning,the lack of professional knowledge,professional development low reflection ability in seven aspects.In view of these problems,efforts can be made in terms of policies to standardize the admittance system of special post teachers,improve the living conditions of special post teachers,raise the salary standard,clarify the training objectives and tasks,and increase the effectiveness of training.When managing teachers in special posts,schools should regulate teaching workload,pay more attention to the professional development of teachers in special posts,and strengthen humanistic care.Teachers of special post should improve their professional identity,enhance their reflective ability,reframe their professional knowledge and construct a clear and reasonable career plan.Through various efforts to promote the special post teachers this special population professional development.
