Reading is an important part of education.The reading literacy cultivation in the compulsory education stage lays a solid foundation for Junior students to enter secondary education and also higher education.This research is mainly designed with continuous focusing and thinking on PISA,as along as my intern experience in junior middle school.That PISA always pay attention on 15-year-old students is almost the same as that of Chinese students who are about to finish their compulsory education.However,PISA,which is different from the test in our country is also worthy of discussion in this study.In order to find out the reading status of junior high school students in Chongqing,this study will be carried out through PISA reading framework and investigating research to Junior school students.First,to sort out the framework of PISA reading literacy mainly from OECD official documents;to introduce from the definition of reading literacy based on the era background of PISA,reading cognitive process,reading text and reading situation.At the same time,it reveals the rich connotation of PISA reading from the perspective of analysis.Second,to select two middle schools in Chongqing to conduct a survey,specifically to conduct a questionnaire survey on the second and third grade students of the two schools,and conduct interviews with relevant teachers of the two schools.Questionnaires and interviews are designed based on the philosophy of PISA reading,and then the results of the survey are presented after survey.Third,basing on PISA perspective,to make a pragmatic summary to junior high school students in schools A and B,and analyze the factors that affect students' reading literacy.Finally,suggestions and measures are put forward for the research topics and survey conclusions.This research analyzes the characteristics and advantages of PISA from a theoretical perspective,and conclude the current difficulties in reading instruction and also objectively analyzes the national conditions of education in our country from multiple visions.Overall,PISA could give us certain enlightenment and referring value for the cultivation of reading literacy of junior high school students in our country.Through the writing of this graduate thesis,the author believes that reading is a very meaningful way of learning,and to master reading strategies is beneficial to the improvement of students' lifelong learning ability,and also to students' personality,and accomplishment,PISA is worthy of studying.At the same time,we should also explore more new ideas for junior students' cultivation of reading literacy and propose meaningful and feasible measures for China's education reform.
