The evaluation system of college teachers’ teaching quality is an important means for colleges to improve their teaching level.It is also an important way to continuously improve the quality of teaching and improve the quality of students’ training.Since the 20 th century,China has made important progress in the evaluation of teaching quality of college teachers,and has formed a relatively perfect evaluation system of teaching quality of college teachers,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the research of teacher quality evaluation at present.The "student-centered" evaluation system for college teachers’ teaching quality is based on the study of students’ learning quality,and judges the value of college teachers’ teaching activities and their students’ learning ability and results,so as to promote the continuous improvement of students’ learning quality and teachers.The level of teaching is constantly improving,and it has an irreplaceable position in modern teaching activities.Combined with literature analysis and questionnaire survey results,we found that there are many shortcomings: the evaluation system has a single set of indicators,and pays too much attention to the evaluation of teachers’ classroom teaching quality;the evaluation system index content is too much about“teaching” and “less evaluation”;evaluation system The weight distribution of indicators needs to be further improved;students lack the awareness of participation evaluation;the application of evaluation results is not in place,which affects the continuous improvement of teaching quality.Unresolved related problems in the research,it is proposed that the "student-centered" education concept should be taken as the guiding ideology for the construction and operation of the teaching quality evaluation system for college teachers;improve the evaluation system indicators to avoid unity;the evaluation system content actively pays attention to students Payattention to the evaluation of students’ "study";assign reasonable weights of indicators;clarify the scope and responsibilities of the subjects,improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in evaluation;use the evaluation results reasonably,and promote constructive experience such as continuous improvement of teaching quality.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the evaluation system of college teachers’ teaching quality,supplement and improve the shortcomings of various parts of the system,balance the demands of various parts of the system and each subject,so that the teaching quality evaluation system of college teachers can better serve the education and teaching activities of colleges and universities.Create a more in line with the educational and teaching environment.
