In modern physical education teaching,scholars constantly put forward to innovate teaching methods and improve teaching quality.Micro-video teaching method is a novel teaching method which appears frequently in the related research of teaching methods in recent years.This experiment will micro video teaching is defined as to help students acquire knowledge through downsizing the short video of a multimedia teaching methods,techniques learned in detail,practice methods,video games and so on as the main component of an auxiliary teaching video resources,30 seconds to 10 minutes,the video time video content.In 2020,there will be a new change in the sports test policy of Mianyang High School Entrance Examination: the previous "5+X" will be "3+X",with a full score of 80,including three required items and a total score of 60;A selection of items,a total of 20 points.The emergence of the new policy makes students,PE teachers and schools increase the pressure,and how to improve students' sports performance more quickly has become the most important issue.In this paper,the sports policy of the new high school entrance examination in Mianyang City is taken as the research background,and the application of micro-video in the volleyball teaching of junior middle schools in Mianyang City is studied through the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experimental teaching method and data statistics.The following conclusions are drawn from the experimental results:(1)In a limited time,adding micro-video teaching method into volleyball technology teaching can help students improve their sports performance more quickly and achieve the expected goal;Only traditional teaching methods can achieve the expected goal,but can not achieve high efficiency,high progress.(2)Since junior high school students are not allowed to carry smart objects such as mobile phones during the school period,micro-video teaching method is only useful for students with self-consciousness and self-discipline in learning.(3)Teachers are not capable of making micro videos,and a lot of time,space and energy are needed in the production process.(4)In the curriculum setting of school physical education,only in the third year of junior high school with the achievement target of the high school entrance examination,will the volleyball program be specially taught and practiced,which does not really "start from childhood".Suggestions from this study are as follows:(1)Improve teaching methods and use a variety of teaching platforms.Using QQ,We Chat,Le teaching,Le learning,and other software platforms,the combination of micro-video teaching method and traditional teaching,the two complement each other,if either party teaching alone,its teaching effect can not achieve high efficiency,high progress.(2)In large class time,the class plays micro-video teaching content for students through multimedia equipment,so as to popularize volleyball learning content for students.Due to the junior middle school students during the period of school can't carry such as mobile phone,tablet,machine learning intelligent items into the school is a hard and fast rules issued by the Ministry of Education,students during the period of school can't autonomous learning video,so use by class lectures a time,through the class multimedia devices micro video playing volleyball teaching for students learning content,it can not only let the student in the school will also be able to do autonomous learning,Can also increase the learning unity between students,close cooperation,mutual learning,mutual correction,mobilize interest in learning,urge the students with poor consciousness to improve sports performance.(3)Physical education teachers should actively learn micro-video production from various ways,innovate micro-video teaching content,and improve teaching quality.The development of The Times has not allowed physical education teachers to stick to the stereotypes,if you do not want to be eliminated,you need to do non-stop learning,non-stop progress.PE teachers should take the initiative to learn new teaching methods and new teaching ideas,innovate teaching contents according to the reality,and improve the teaching quality while achieving the school's teaching objectives.We should strengthen the study of volleyball professional knowledge and skills,and combine micro-video teaching with traditional teaching,so that we can improve ourselves while teaching with high quality.Schools should vigorously promote micro-video teaching,and can invite expert teachers in micro-video teaching to give micro-video lectures in school,so as to popularize the advantages of micro-video teaching to school teachers.(4)Schools can reform the physical education curriculum by changing the curriculum setting into "large class form",unifying grades and teaching contents,integrating all kinds of ball games into daily teaching,so as to truly "start from the baby".
