Teaching power and learning power erase from mathematics teaching activities.Teaching power is the texture of teachers' power in the teaching procedure,while learning power is the texture of students' power to obtain,halve,plaster and invent knowledge.For junior high school students,the step of mathematics learning power directly strikes an attitude the pursuite-study and other subjects(such as physics,chemistry,biology,geography,etc.).As a result,the pen selects junior high school mathematics teachers,and students in relevant classes in Xi Ning as the investigate objects,makes a point of statistical analysis on the data obtained after questionnaire inspect,and come out even the underling conclusions:In diverse cities,diverse schools,diverse grades and diverse genders,Teachers' teaching power are not diverse and relevant,while teachers' teaching power in diverse teaching times are diverse and relevant.In diverse schools,diverse genders and diverse regions,The learning power of students are not diverse and relevant,while the learning power of students with diverse grades are diverse and relevant.While the teaching power is diverse,the equilibrium of middle,good and excellent mathematics learning power of junior high school students is diverse;Among the teachers of excellent teaching power,the students with medium learning power account for 20.3%,the students with good learning power account for 36.2%,and the students with excellent learning power account for 43.6%.While the learning power is diverse,the equilibrium of excellent,good and medium teaching power of teachers is diverse.Among the students with excellent learning power,the teachers with medium teaching power account for 26.2%,those with good teaching power account for 43.6% and those with excellent teaching power account for 30.1%.Teaching power is diverse in learning power.Among them,Teaching power of lesson preparation,teaching plan design,teaching evaluation and non-verbal expression does not exist differences in diverse learning power,nevertheless,there are differences in teachers' power——organizing,implementing and managing classroom,language and non-verbal expression,assignment and correction,after-school counseling and teaching research.Learning power is diverse in diverse teaching power.Specifically,there is no difference in students' learning power and learning transformation,nevertheless,there are differences in learning power——motivation,learning perseverance,learning evaluation and learning innovation.Not only is there a right interrelation between teaching power and learning power,but also the six scale of learning power are rightly correlated with teaching power;The interrelation of teaching power associated to learning power encase lesson preparation power,classroom organization,implementation,management and control power,language and nonverbal expression power,assignment and correction power,after-school tutoring power and teaching research power.The measure of learning power associated0 to teaching power is no more one—— learning evaluation power,learning motivation,learning perseverance,learning innovation power,learning power and learning transformation power.
